I had a question if a recruiter offered someone $20 an hour for a job.Sent him to the company to interview.Got an offer and changed the hourly rate to $18.00 an hour who keeps the money?The recruitment agency or the recruiter?This is for a temp to hire job.They usually buy out the contract at 500 hours.How much can they make from buying out a contract?

30% on top is ok anything above it perfect
