    To you who are scrolling through the comments. I know it's summer and because of that you may feel some pressure to look a certain way, and that is understandable. But remember that all bodies are bekini bodies. Don't think that you have to look a certain way to have fun or to enjoy your vacation. You are stunning just the way you are🥰 besides, you wouldn't compare different flowers to each other, right? They are all beautiful BECAUSE they are different. So please don't do this workout because you feel like you have to, do it because you want to make your body stronger and to feel good. Do it for yourself darling❤️ you are loved and stay strong❤️❤️

    I did this workout yesterday and I woke up with a muscle strain in my abs, It hurt so bad the whole day when I was laughing! Such a good workout! 💋

      @@catalina3903 Sexy sixpack, pilates inspired, 10 min ab crack, 10 min obliques workout with weights, 12 min sixpack, and also hiit before and after training my abs. I created my own workout plan, sometimes I follow her, but in most cases I do it on my own. Also, even on a leg or a booty day, I never skip to do at least one of ab workouts

    i have done this workout twice a day, three/forth times a week and that for two weeks now and i really see results. If i do this for the following weeks i will have all the ab lines. Thank yxou soo much for this workout

    0:10-7:10
    Side plank dips / hold (instead of oblique crunch / twist)
    Last minute = Reverse crunches

    you should consider putting a picture preview of what's coming next, especially since each set is only 30 sec without even 5 or 10 sec in between to set up & see what you're doing

Saatimde problem var herhalde diye kızdım çünkü aerobik veya olağanüstü kategorilerde turuncu-kırmızı renkleri görmek beni acaip hırslandırıyor 🥰 şimdi yeşillere düşmemin nedeni artık eskisi gibi zorlanmamam ve kalbimin bu yoğun tempoya alışması olduğunu geç anladım 😄 bizi zorlaman lazım Eyleeem.     I had trouble putting weight on now I have put on 5-6kg and feeling like a layer of fat. Need to cut now. Remember that fat can’t turn to muscle nor the other way around. Muscle is under the fat ❤ keep going you got this!! ❤

    Guys can I just say you can skip from the side plank crunch to the end , trust me it still works but still try and do the plank , if its too hard then just do it from 20 seconds or 15? xxx

    Day 1: I quit midway on most, it was so tiring. My back hurts more than my abs, which is odd.
