Very cool! I have an iPhone 3GS on iOS 3.0 that has never been updated or downgraded!!
Lucky bastard lol
Is it jailbroken?
I love how full this phone feels. New iOS feels so empty. Every single UI element has a little avenue to look at and it's just to visually pleasing.
These are Steve jobs era
I miss the old iOS design come on apple Bring it back.
They will never bring it back give up
Is there any jailbreak or something to bring it back?
iOS 1 was so barebones damn, everything in settings>general fitting on 1 page on that tiny screen
i really like the way you speak)
Thank you!!
the reason you see all those specs of dust is because the touch screen technology was on top of the display. now these day they are glued togeather
Very nostalgic 👍
Actually, that’s a mini SIM, the full size SIM was about the size of a credit card, used in 90s phones like the Motorola starTAC
the little specks might be the gpu making noise because it’s failing idrk
That actually makes a lot of sense! Thank you!
@@Rob_27 no these are pixel errors that were common for iPhone 2G over time
@@devialet7882 No, this is dust stuck between the digitizer and the LCD, a common problem for devices such as this where the LCD and digitizer are not laminated together. My iPhone 3GS suffers from this problem too.
It requires taking the device apart and employing a microfiber cloth to fix it.
For anyone wondering the timer was 365.958 days. Almost 366. Funny
i have an ipod touch way back then and this video reminds me of an old iOS 😂😂😂
like your videos
this guy is underrated wtf
I love old 📱 iphone
Mine is coming in 2 days (albiet very beat up on the back but the screen has no dead pixels or cracks)
All of our carrier still supported 2G but not 3G and other weird Evdo thingy. Still waiting my iphone 5 for 20 buck to arrive. Unfortunately bypass version so wifi only
T Mobile shutdown, retired, decommissioned, or sunsetted their own 2G network for this year because they wanted to focus on 5G and 4G for T Mobile customers.
How did people live back then?
We hunted using mean stares and ate with our hands.
Mine doesn’t connect to wifi. Do you know why?
It should mine does what iOS does yours have mine has 3.1.3
Because it can’t receive 5Ghz signals. You can always hotspot it with your regular phone if you select the maximise capability option
@@DeanDoesMapping idk then if my WiFi is old mine works fine
@@Carandtechlover It usually doesn’t make a difference. I was using 2.4Ghz beforehand and it worked
What about a 1g
1g iphone doesnt exist and neither does 1g wifi signal
there’s no 1g iPhone, the 2g one is the first
but 1g phones does exist in the 1980s tho
@@1MadJack1 true
@@1MadJack1 thats literally what i said and gaming obrien says true to you.

Made my day 😂
You ain't use 2G or 3G it got removed
Depends on where in the world you are. Here in the UK the 2G and 3G network is still up and running, though to be fair they are due to be shut down by 2033 at the latest.
@voteDC it only worked with at&t tho and they shut down the 2g network awhile back and I'm not sure if at&t 2g still work in other parts of the world
@@voteDC It isn't fair to compare a country like US to UK which has double the size of money it's like comparing China to UK you can't really cause UK is getting most stuff imported.
save your shsh blobs if you can!!!
its too late now bud you cant save if apple dont sign it anymore
iPhone 2g doesn't support blobs, you can downgrade to any version of iOS if your using iTunes 7.5 ( I guess back then it never connected to a server so you can downgrade to any version)
@@Danyiaha Oh yeah, I forgot.
as you know the iPhone 3GS was the first iphone that didn't allow software downgrade
Hey your speaker on your iPhone 2g is dirty so get a umm a pin or something
First of all, telecom companies shut down their 2/3g networks, so your net going to be able to make calls. Secondly, apple is no longer a google partner so the built in TH-cam app is no longer available let alone the service for that app. Get a more current iPhone already.
The 2G and 3G networks are still running here in the UK, though they are on borrowed time. You could really use an original iPhone if you absolutely had to. The oldest I have is a 3GS and that works fine for calls and texts, getting any app to run is somewhat more difficult though.
There never was an IPhone 2 or 9
