    Wet & Dry Vacuuming With The Numatic George | FocusOnDetailing
    This video is all about deep cleaning the interior of your car, using none other than the Numatic George!
    This powerful, funny looking machine has some serious suction and whether your dry vacuuming or wet vacuuming it doesn't matter, it does an awesome job with both!
    I brush over interior cleaning as a whole while I worked on my vt commdore, cleaning it right up to look better, smell better and feel better.
    To check out the AUTORAZ products used feel free to head to the website below.

    There's something satisfying dumping dirty water out of a wet and dry system. I get to see that with my Rainbow systems, oddly both wet and dry as it uses water to trap dry vacuumed debris as well. I like the simplicity of Numatic systems and their durability.

    The Numatic factory is a few miles down the road from me, in Chard, England. They manufacturer 85% of all the parts on-site, inlacing the bears for the wheels, circuit boards and switches. My George is green, still going strong after 10 years.

    Wow you’re so thorough and what a great video. I actually just came to see the George vac in action and by the end I’m considering starting a car detailing business. Very inspired. Thank you and all the best!

    Hi bud, fantastic video, keep it up, just a friendly tip from a fellow detail business owner, don't put air fresheners on instrument stalks, the chemicals inside are damaging to the plastics of the steering column. Otherwise, love the technique and information given in the video.

    3:45 I 'sweep' my entire living room carpet - white, thick, dense pile 🥴- with a silicone broom every time before I vacuum. I do it partly because I'm sensitive to noise, partly because it's a very quick, easy way of keeping the carpet clean between vacuums. It lives tucked unobtrusively next to a bookcase, meaning I'm far more likely to grab it for an impromptu whizz round! It's also a good way of ensuring nothing disappears up the vacuum hose - like a needle, ear-ring, or nuts (!).
    I have long hair, which it gathers effortlessly - no hair wrapped around the rotating brush of my beloved Rolls-Royce of vacuums - *Sebo.*
    Gather your sweepings in little piles, into a dustpan - quick scan for anything important/expensive - then into the bin. My Sebo can then focus on the deep, fine dirt particles - not get side-tracked by larger surface detritus.
    I'm also (hailing from tiny Chard where they're still made) very fond of the *Numatic* range. George is an excellent piece of kit! 😊🇬🇧

      I honestly think you did _such_ a good job on the seats (as well as everything else) that they look far nicer with their plush grey original covers. Only my opinion of course so feel feel to tell me to FO, but the red and black covers make your car look... Idk, cheaper somehow. A bit boy-racer - Sorry! 🥹
      That said, the mats with their subtler red piping look better than the originals, so what do I know? 😆

      @221b-Maker-Street ปีที่แล้ว

      Final PS - for once, something that's actually cheaper in the UK! [George is £264 here, which I think is around AUD490]

    Great video and love how you cover everything in it. I have one question. What’s a good amount of overall cleaner (product and water) to use in the cleaning chamber to clean the carpets and seats? Using the vehicle you cleaned as the basis for measuring the overall cleaner. Thank you in advance.

    Hi what model is this George vacuum?

  • @STARDRIVE
    @STARDRIVE ปีที่แล้ว

    Is it necessary to spray while sucking? I mean, if you pre-wet your surfaces with a sollution anyway, wouldn´t my ordinary shop vac suffice? Clear attachments are ready available for monitoring the extraction, so there´s hardly any need for buying the George, is there?

    I would add that I experienced detailers should not removed seats as it can damage sensors and also mess with the airbags, battery needs to be disconnected before any seat removal. I would not recommend hobbyist attempt to remove interior trim either
