Juan Silva.....I myself have butchered a huge loaf of bread like that. It's a combination of super crusty bread, a not-so-sharp or incorrect knife and wrist and arm weakness. I no longer buy those massive boules.

With those types of bread, the easiest way to cut them without making it squished etc is actually turn it upside down and start cutting from the crust. This way the hardness will make it easier to cut producing equal and precise bread slices
so i just started making my own avocado toast and so far my version has been the best....use whatever bread you like...spread some basil/pesto sauce first, drizzle some american honey next, add your mashed avocado next, top off with pepper then add a fried egg on top with more pepper...give it a try...it is so freaking good
