I’m 41 and just started my style journey barely a year ago. I’ve always been a graphic tshirt and jeans kind of person and one day I was thinking “huh I wonder what my color analysis would be” and the next thing I knew I was in a whole new world. Now I get excited whenever I get to put my pretty clothes on - which is still a tshirt and jeans, just very nice ones. 😂
thank you so much for watching and for the lovely comment! Honestly the right pair of jeans and a t-shirt is an unbeatable combo. Being excited to get dressed is an awesome feeling! 💖
This was sooo interesting. I have been wanting to do something like this and figure out my personal style again. I definitely lost it while having kids and want to rediscover what actually works and look put together. Thank you for sharing what you did, I'm going to follow this foundation and do this for myself.
Thank you so much for sharing! I don't have kids, but can only imagine the complete identity shift that takes place when you become a mom. I'm really excited that you're going to use the framework for yourself 😍
I always wanted brown eyes and long shiny brown hair. I have grey blue eyes and silver pixie hair in my 60s. My hair has never grown past my shoulders no matter how I tried, it was so fine it would break and look limp. Pixie suits me. It’s funny how we always wish we had the opposite. 😂
omg wow, thank you for this comment! 💕 I know what you mean, in some ways we may think the grass is greener but I know now to appreciate what I have too. Appreciate you watching and sharing this! 💖
oh yeah haha this is definitely just a starting point and a list to keep on hand if I happen to see anything as I'm shopping! So far I've only purchased two things from the list and this will definitely be a long process since I also might choose to rent things first and shop secondhand. Hopefully over time I'll be able to fill my closet with some of these pieces that I truly love.
