    It really helps when you say "this pose won't take too much longer", and also when you take the time to really stay for a while in a position that's soothing and stretching and awesome.

    I wake up at 4:30 am on the days I leave for work at 5:20 am. As an new RN working through the pandemic, these 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of meditating give me the physical and mental wellness check-in I need before starting my 12 hour shift 🙂 thank you for keeping me company through these challenging days

    I'm not a morning person so this challenge has really helped bring energy to my mornings. I'm a dancer and I can feel myself getting stronger after these 3 weeks--this is really helping my dancing. Thank you! I might do the evening yoga movement after this #goodmorning

    I’ve been doing these videos on the days I don’t have time for a longer practice, and I love them so much. They make me feel amazing and are the perfect length to be able to pause for a moment at the beginning of a busy day without adding additional time pressure. I only discovered this channel recently and I appreciate Kassandra’s calm style of teaching. It makes it a lot easier to focus on the actual yoga.

    I’m keep repeating this challenge since April. I’ve started yoga for killing stay home time and relief my stress. I’ve already done this 30days challenge 5 times. Now is my 6th months. I cant believe that I’m still doing yoga🧘🏽‍♂️ 😳(in good meaning) My flexibility is improved a lot!! I’m so proud myself! Thank you, Kassandra🙏🏽

    I restarted my yoga practice (after 20 years!) during the lockdown after a fitness instructor friend introduced me to Kassandra’s TH-cam channel, and Kassandra has made me love yoga again. Even better, I introduced my husband to the morning yoga movement and he is hooked! It’s just the right amount of time for him, it’s great because he’s a beginner, and he says doing this 10-minute practice before his daily run has helped him get loose and makes running easier on his joints and muscles. So glad to have found Kassandra!

    #GoodMorning lovely yogis! I’ve been doing these classes in the middle of winter here in Australia and so my yoga mat has a thick blanket folded on top of it. I have to move it aside every time we do downward dog so that my hands and feet can get the correct grip and I don’t slip! 😂
