Lots to tone up since I’m 70 and it just doesn’t happen that quickly. I did this workout for the first time today and loved it. It really challenged me. I am 35 weeks pregnant and slowing down alot in my gym also uncomfortable there! So I’ve taken it to work out at home the days I can’t go and Penny your workouts are the best. Thank you! You just gain yourself a new subscriber. As much as I like standing workout, I notice that some trainer will repeat the same squat workout in every videos that I hurt my lower back. But with you, you focus on one or two different body parts and I like that a lot. Again, thank you so much for these video and will be telling my family and co-workers about you.

It was an astonishing work out coach ,i had a little irritation about my right soulder ,especially at the beggining of the work out ,because we worked with shoulders ,but in general i did well ,thank you again and keep going to inspire us !!!!!!

Absolutely amazing Penny, I finally received my 7.5kg hex weights, they are amazing and tried this workout to break them in. As such I offered my older style ones, but still very usable to my family. My youngest brother, who is not yet into regular exercise has offered to take them off my hands so will be dropping them off to him this Saturday. I sincerely hope he puts them to good use and doesnt sell them! Ill be sending him this vid as a starter vid! With regards to this video: - Perfect length for a day where you not able to workout until late evening, or squeeze in to a short lunchtime - Not too strenuous for the knees - if youre doing lunges every other day it does have an impact so this is great for those off days - Not full on full on but still great upper body workout, with enough cardio to keep your heart happy - Your usual perfect timing and notifications, good music without too much in your face inspirational quotes :P

I know there are lots and lots of good exercises you can do by laying down on a mat, but I guess I am just too lazy to clean the mat after I have sweated a lot.
