      Anything that is knee friendly, usually standing or lying down. Getting down and up from the floor is not good for me. Thank you!

    I’ve never commented a video before but I wanted to thank you for all of your workouts. They got me through the damn pandemic and have been so good that I cancelled my gym membership. I love all of your no nonsense ass kicker workouts. The variety in intensity, time and type of workout is great. You have something for everyone and every mood.     Hi Penny, just discovered you last week. I started my fitness journey after not working out for years. Lost 20 lbs and now am in the process of timing and strengthening. Lots to tone up since I’m 70 and it just doesn’t happen that quickly. I did this workout for the first time today and loved it. It really challenged me. The videos I was doing were just to sift for me. Will keep trying others in your channel as well. Thank you!

    I am 35 weeks pregnant and slowing down alot in my gym also uncomfortable there! So I’ve taken it to work out at home the days I can’t go and Penny your workouts are the best. All the standing ones can easily be done for pregnant ladies and I am just in love with the power it gives me the rest of the day. Thank you!!!!! ❤

    Omg thank you so much for this! This is one of the FEW workouts I can actually do start to finish. I have so many body issues that I can’t do most workouts. Almost passed out trying to do one that looked like this but it had me going up and down to the mat and lying down and up again I just couldn’t. And not much bending or squatting! I’m so in love with this. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    Hello Penny and followers. I love doing exercises and honestly I congratulate you for being an extraordinary coach and I have realized that your greatest challenge is to make your followers feel pleased and enjoy exercising and to achieve the connection between the coach and the team there has to be enthusiasm and the good disposition of both parties and that is something that is present in your classes. You always with that pleasant and contagious smile. There are many really good trainers here on You Tube, but in my opinion you are the best and to finish I wanted to thank you also for your "no repeat and modification" classes.     Thank you! You just gain yourself a new subscriber. As much as I like standing workout, I notice that some trainer will repeat the same squat workout in every videos that I hurt my lower back.     I have been using your videos for a year...thanks for "Standing" type workouts... I have developed mild vertigo and getting up from lying down (and vice versa) causes the spins so I have to pause the videos...great job!

    I know I’m way way wayyyyy behind, but I just did a cardio&abs HIIT, followed by this workout. I laughed so hard when I kept hitting my jaw when I did the DB Alt Arm Cross Body Curl, this is why I love your workouts, even if u mess up, laugh and keep moving to grow stronger and stronger, thank you Penny!🔥🔥🔥

    Absolutely amazing Penny, I finally received my 7.5kg hex weights, they are amazing and tried this workout to break them in. As such I offered my older style ones, but still very usable to my family. My youngest brother, who is not yet into regular exercise has offered to take them off my hands so will be dropping them off to him this Saturday. I sincerely hope he puts them to good use and doesnt sell them! Ill be sending him this vid as a starter vid!
    With regards to this video:
    - Perfect length for a day where you not able to workout until late evening, or squeeze in to a short lunchtime
    - Not too strenuous for the knees - if youre doing lunges every other day it does have an impact so this is great for those off days
    - Not full on full on but still great upper body workout, with enough cardio to keep your heart happy
    - Your usual perfect timing and notifications, good music without too much in your face inspirational quotes :P

    Perfect! Just thought of something like „steady strenght” for upper body. Forgot to update after last 60 min strenght tabata - damn it was good....🙃🤪 i went heavy (switching 8kgx2 / 12,5kg x2) and was able to keep the form but the number of compound movements kicked my breath away so i had to take few longer breaks between but finished, sweaty and proud od myself 😊Your black one puppy „made my day” when entered a mat in that raimbow tshirt/suit🌈😂👌🏼. Thank You for releasing such a great (Effective but fun and of full variety) workouts for us!

    It was an astonishing work out coach ,i had a little irritation about my right soulder ,especially at the beggining of the work out ,because we worked with shoulders ,but in general i did well ,thank you again and keep going to inspire us !!!!!!

    💪🏻 That was a really great way to start the week…I’ve decided to switch things up and not always do a full,body session every time I workout in the week so having these options to switch between upper and lower body is really helpful. I’m also going to start doing more of your body weight only and modify any moves I find challenging. Thanks for keeping our workouts new and exciting and something to look forward too! 👏🏻🙌🏻😁

    Loved the work out. My legs were sore from presses so this work out was perfect. I definitely felt my obliques 😢😢 but happy I completed the W/O
