Thank you, KSL for documenting this incredible building and the experiences of members in Japan! This building is a long-standing symbol of faith and brings an enormous amount of pride to those affiliated with it.
I hear that the Japanese Mormons' eyes become round and delightsome. They also get almost as tall as the Quakers that are living on the Moon (Journal of Discourses)
Gn. FYI, they do. All around the world. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saint's members are eagerly and humbly involved in humanity aid daily. The temple is a Necessary part of our spiritual journey on earth, so they must be built. In them is where "Families are given the opportunity to be together forever" , also linking those passed, to present and future generations.
Right there are more LDS churchs and temples than there are even schools and people who have food to eat more people are starving they make more churches and temples than they feed people
We actually do take a tour of the welfare square our church does help the poor it’s just the news doesn’t talk about it because our church is not the focus it’s the politicians that keep us busy and the world. Our church help the poor the tithes that members give go to building temples that’s why you see many our church also saves money and donates money to programs such as education and travels the world and talks to leaders around the world we have a humanitarian warehouse I’ve been too and clothes and food and supplies like blankets go all over the world and here in America you just don’t hear about it because the news focuses more on the border, White House, shooting and car wrecks and who got murdered today so understand our church is believes in Jesus Christ we are not perfect but try to strive to be more like him and follow his example in New Testament and his teachings he has taught.
