    I made all three meals today and omg they were amazingly delicious!!! My husband came home from work feeling a bit of sick and I gave him the Creamy roasted cauliflower butternut squash soup not thinking he would love it because he isn’t a big fan of all these healthy foods but he absolutely loved it and went for a second bowl! He felt a bit better after eating it. Literally the best soup recipe ever!!! 🧡

      Everything is good except that avocado mayo. It’s so gross! Omg it’s so disgusting! I should’ve tried it before using it per recipe!
      I do appreciate the work putting it all together. But this is a whole lot of fats! Breakfast is definitely better without coconut oil at least.
      I mean… tahini, coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut yogurt, walnuts… on the same day with salmon with avocado oil and avocado mayo with fresh avocado on a side?! Let alon more coconut cream and nuts in the other two recipes… I am all about healthy fats, but this is unbalanced amount of fats for one day.

    Thank you so much, Kayla! I'm really impressed by how organized you are and how beautiful and appealing most of your recipes are. One thing that I've learned, recently, in my quest to heal from insulin resistance and the inflammation caused by that and obesity, is that blood sugar and insulin spikes can cause inflammation. So, while your sweet potato pudding looks delicious and contains many anti-inflammatory ingredients, that breakfast might have a high glycemic load at 49 grams of carbs, which could cause inflammation. I wonder if there's a way to swap out some of those carbs for protein, if someone is concerned about the glycemic load, while still keeping it plant-based? I'm starting to blog about anti-inflammatory foods on my own health/weight loss journey and the carb factor is definitely something that I'm taking into consideration, as I plan my approach. Maybe we can compare notes, sometime? Again, I really enjoyed your video and thank you so much for sharing. Many blessings!

    Oh my gosh. I made the roasted cauliflower soup and it was one of the most delicious soups I've ever had. You should seriously get some kind of award for this soup.
    Some changes I made:
    1. After adding the cubed squash, I gave it a few pulses with an immersion blender to make a little more creamy, then added the cauliflower.
    2. I used an already opened box of veggie broth I had in the fridge that only had 3 cups left, so I added a cup of Silk Coconut milk (unsweetened). I think it helped make it more creamy.
    3. Instead of chicken (I'm pescatarian so won't eat chicken), I cubed up some tofu and lightly pan fried a few of the sides, added some garlic powder and onion powder and let it fry a few more minutes. This I added last to the pot.
    This soup is an absolute winner. Will be making this often. Thank you so much for this recipe!
    I mix and match recipes from all your videos so I will be making the salmon and purple slaw next week!

    I printed this recipe and have made the sweet potato breakfast and the taco salmon meal. I didnt have salmon so I used chicken. Wow! Fabulous. I cant wait to make the rest!! Keep them rolling. Love the glass dishes as well!! MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS AMAZING!!

    Cannot wait to try the soup!! I have a quesiton about the berries- since they have been rinsed first, do you find they still keep for 5 days in the fridge? I find my berries go bad so fast after rinsing

    I love your weight loss meal preps. You are so organized. I going to learn alot from you. Thank you for your videos. Can you do some Asian meal Preps? I'd love to learn how to make chow main with different kinds of meats. "Honey walnut prawns." And Beijing beef. That's what I always get when I eat at Panda Express. But I know it would be healthier done homemade. I was thinking of making my famous meatloaf, then stuffing it in colored bell peppers. And put ketchup on top. Then I could also make my taco meat mixture, and put all the fixings in and on top. Stuff that in a bell pepper. Then 8 could make my spaghetti sauce and shiitake noodles or zucchini noodles mix it in with the sauce and put it in the bell pepper and top it with a little bit of sauce mixture and parmesan cheese.

    This is so much work! But I do lose weight with your meals. What can I replace for coconut in these recipes (coconut milk etc)? I have an intolerance (to that & 20 other things) and it ups my inflammation 😢

    Kayla just stumbled onto your videos. They look delicious and easy. Do you have any for type 2 Diabetics. I'm close to having my A1c at 7 but just can't seem to get there. Also I'd like to get off of some of the medications or at least lower doses. Anything you can show us diabetics is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Kayla! I've been watching your videos. I have Hashimoto's disease and am desperate to lose the weight that I have gained in the last 2 year. I've never been unable to lose weight until now (even though my TSH levels are in the appropriate range). I feel horrible so I know the anti inflammatory diet will be so beneficial for me. I honestly wish that some of these meal delivery services would sell anti inflammatory meals to help with my busy schedule!

    I love the soup recipe but what can i do with the tomato part? I have acid reflux...would it taste different if i remove the tomato portion of the soup?

    Hi Kayla, I'm enjoying your videos, however I read that tomatoes are a 'inflammatory' as they belong to the 'nightshade' family. What would you use to substitute the tomatoes in your soup? :)
