Brilliant comment

I love that you're dippin while doing this video. Now that's country!
Thank you helped a lot trying to learn for my grandpa for his birthday
I prefer to take the f and only use top strings and use those notes for bass. I can play bar chords. Just makes a smoother transition for me
After about 4 minutes of this I was playing the entire song. Thanks so much.
Glad it helped
Looking for some good older country song lessons, keep them coming!
This is a Steve Goodman/ John Prine written song backin 1970.

Hey bro, great lessons!!! Could you teach Amos Moses by jerry reed?
that song is easier in G dont have to play the F at all it sounds just as good.
I am definitely going to try this.
How does that change the chords?
You're missing a chord, after the part where David sings, ''and you don't have, to call me, Merle (Haggard), right there, change to an A minor, then to D.
He didn't miss it man he said that a minor.right before six minutes or so man. My guy general.inquiry don't miss any chords.
Steve Goodman and Prine wrote the song. Coe instigated the last verse
I can’t carry a tune in a bucket
Then we have something in common
Its G7 chord not G maj
I don't know why you dont have more subscribers man, hardly anyone does the good ol classic country anymore
Hank Williams Sr. songs would be good.
I agree, and Lefty Frizzel
I believe this is actually a John Prine song, isn't it?
Written by Steve Goodman
