Turkish Tulumba Recipe | Fried dough soaked in Sugar Syrup | TULUMBA TATLISI YAPMAK

Today let's learn to make some super tasty Dessert called Tulumba. It's made with fried Choux pastry soaked in sugar syrup. This is a special Turkish Sweet.
►Ingredients to make turkish sweet tulumba
All Purpose Flour - 2.5 cups
Water - 2 cups
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Semolina - 3 tbsp
Egg - 3
Sugar - 2 cup
Water - 1.5 cup
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
►Method to make Tulumba
1. Make Sugar Syrup and keep it warm.
2. Make choux pastry dough.
3. Boil water and add butter, once the butter is melted add flour and mix.
4. Add cornflour and semolina and mix.
5. Add 3 eggs and mix well.
6. Pipe out this dough into room temperature oil and fry it in medium heat.
7. Soak these fried pieces in sugar syrup and serve hot or chilled.
