TRAVEL VLOG/ Bookworm Autumn in Edinburgh (Diagon Alley, cat cafe, REAL witch shop!)

Edinburgh, Scotland has always been on my bucket list. So I decided to start Autumn this year there 🍂 All the Dark Academia vibes you can possibly wish for. I found the real Platform 9 3/4 from Harry Potter!!!, I discovered all the coffee shops worth checking, a lot of coffee shops - and a CAT CAFE. I also saw the real life Diagon Alley and a real - not a gimmick! - occult witch store.
Join me on my long weekend in the UK, where all I do is stop by bookshops and nerdy places, and coffee shop hop.
I spent one day in London, which you can see in part 1, and then 2 and a half days in Edinburgh, Scotland which will be in this video.

You did a fair bit of walking from the old town to the new town .i travel alone and find a polite enquiry to staff or a native works well it is not that i cannot read a map or board but it is interactive and you often get the insider tips people generally want to help

Nice video. Edinburgh has a lot of interesting independent bookshops and some really good specialists in vintage books. I often saw JKR in the Elephant House before she was famous, but we never talked, because she was busy writing in longhand. Hello from Edinburgh :)

Not that much no! And the weather was very pleasant that week

It rarely gets very cold in Edinburgh anymore due to changes in the climate, but it can be very windy in January and February. Do visit if you can, I've never come accross anyone who didn't like it. Best times to come are Spring and Autumn.
