  • The final day of my 7 Days of Sweat challenge for 2023. 7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you'll feel amazing. Over 7 days and just 20 minutes a day, we are going to transform the way we feel, so stick with me all the way and let's do this together.
    20 moves | 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest
    Running on the spot
    Squat jumps
    Climb the rope
    Push ups
    Elbow plank
    Curtsy lunges
    Squat to side kick
    Mountain climbers
    Bicycle crunches
    Tricep dips
    Burpee to 4 high knees
    Lunge jumps
    High plank knee to elbow
    Lateral shuffle
    3 Push ups to 3 plank thrusters
    Shooters
    Tuck jumps
    Lateral high knees
    Burpees
    5 Push ups to 5 squat jumps

    Thanks Joe. I've been with you since long before the pandemic, and your 20+ minute advanced HIIT workouts are like a staple food of my exercise routine after all these years. They always hit the spot.

    Thanks Joe, I'm 70 and keep coming back to this and 28 day challenge. Even if not feeling great can do a seniors workout and on occasions Hiit
    ones too !!

    Thank you Joe! I wouldn’t be working out if it wasn’t for your workouts. You make it fun and efficient. I’m able to “play” soccer at 48 and still get a goal or two now and then. Due to your workouts, I feel my body is balanced. Thank you for all your hard work!

    I’m pleased to have got through that one again. I needed extra pauses for coughing fits though. My challenge is to 2 more than 2 sets of the last one. Thanks so much Joe x

    Haven't stopped on a single exercise until today, my arms just gave up. I'll try day 7 again until I can do it without fading on any of the exercises.

    Done that, I just don't put my chest to the floor in the burpees. And did not do lunge Jumps (only backward lunges)

    DONE the seven days after 2.5 weeks off for gout! 6am workout today. Much needed due to work stress.
