The K-Tech DDS "Lite" rear shock has been designed as an entry level product for the customer that demands a high level of performance at a competitive price. Sharing all the same high quality components as the DDS "Pro" version the DDS "Lite" performs to the same high level without the hydraulic spring preload adjustment or the "unique" Bypass Valve adjustment that is found on the "Pro" version. This shock can be upgraded to the "Pro" specification at a later date.

    32 clicks compression adjustment
    32 clicks rebound adjustment
    Manual spring preload adjustment
    Length adjustment
    CNC machined components
    DDS technology
Able to upgrade to "Pro" specification
Wide range of spring rates available

Using the rear stand to get the top bolt in is great advice! Also, for unmanly people like me who use torque specs: 34 N-m / 25 ft-lb on a 2018

Thanks for watching and for sharing the torque spec for those interested in using a torque wrench. - Van

Thanks for making this video as always. I found my Ohlins rear too stiff for my riding weight and decided to go with a 90nm rear spring. Your videos are priceless and give me that second set of eyes when i am working on my stuff alone here. Happy holidays and hope you were able to get some family time in for Christmas and New Years.

Hello, what are some other options for raising the chassis other than having those side stands?

You could also use automotive jack stands. - Van

would this be any good for the street as an upgrade?

For the street only I would say save your money and ride it the way it is. - Van

@@sportbiketrackgear I would say the best budget option is replacing with a GSXR rear shock. It has preload, high and low speed compression, and rebound damping settings and feels more grounded than the factory shock. This K-Tech is an absolute godsend on the track though.
