All right so you have to first locate the ice orb during battle and you swing your weapon to hit him with it. The sun god will send mini hims out after a while of doing this and those you attack normally. Also: if he flies into water source blocks, they evaporate and disappear, so place one down then pick it up after you use it OR cheat legitly and bring 2 water buckets and make water source blocks go all the way in the floor by placing water on the corner of another. This makes infinite water
He's invincible, and you have to continue talking with him in order to start the fight. He will shoot fireballs at you that will bounce off the walls for a bit, but he also lets loose ice shards that you need to hit with your weapon at him in order to hurt him. He will also drop little clones of himself that are very fast and will get all up in your business. If you bring water, don't leave it down too long because he can evaporate it. The key is to keep moving and always watch him as he moves.

No, ambrosia can't be eaten. Healing stones you get through smelting them, and they fully heal you. Edible shards were removed in a recent update.
What you have to do is get buckets of water, like five or six, and keep putting them down under the boss. He will burn out after a few times and you win

The floaty rock thing is caused by the gravitite pickaxe right click any rock in the aether to make it float for shovel any dirt type material and axe wood for the sword nothing makes your enemies float if u hit them

You got to keep right clicking on the boss and eventually he will say something to you and start attacking... he will start throwing fire balls at you then ice ones, you have to get the ice ones to hit him... do this repetitively then he DIES... he drops a key and somewhere on the island there is a chest that gives you awesome stuff with that key

when u fight this boss it can be very hard to uundertand becauseu can't really hurt him normally. i died at least 5 times even with water tho water helps this fight so bring a few buckets cause he will destroy your water block occasionally. anyways to key to beating nhim is as follows. during the match u will see two to four red orbs floating around that can hit u. however a blue (ice ord) shows u as well what u got to do is hit that orb in his direction that is how u do it
You have to right-click him and after a few times clicking on him you can attack-he shoots white snowballs which you have to hit

Toby heres some tips on how to fight the sun god, 1. bring fire resistance potions, it makes you invunerable to most of his attacks 2. bring buckets of water, it helps get rid of the fire Graphics so you csan see whats going on 3. hit the blue balls he spits out back at him it will damage him more than any other attack. like so he'll see.

That is the Fire Boss. He is extremely rare and hard to kill but it is possible to defeat him by killing him.

Its the sun boss really hard but you need to fight him and to win he shoots fire balls and an ice ball hit the ice ball back at him to kill him
Toby, ive noticed that for your whole Aether lets play, i have never seen any naturally spawning moas or and winged pigs or cows.
Try uninstalling Mo Creatures, it think the two mods are conflicting with each other. I think that should make the moas naturally spawn

Toby you don't have to make a whole healing stone i think you only have to right click with ambroshium shard in your hand. (i know ambroshium is spelled wrong)

on the fire boss you just haver to havee water and u dont hit it with anything you run away from it then you hit those cube things that are around it and make those hit the fire boss

Ok so Toby this is what you need to do, right-click the boss you need a bucket of water. and just pour that down when your on fire, and you may need a bow, and a TON of healing stones/pork chops. try to make these snowflake things hit him then he'll have a smaller him pop out, kill that. and you'll most likely die at least once, so make sure you'll be ok if that happens and after 4-5 snowflake hits he should die. hope this helps.
can you still eat ambrosium shards or did they change that?
