Wool is AWESOME. I had to get a modded 32 ft trailer because of how many sheep i have and how often they produce pallets. I made a trip with a friend playing multi and made about 1.5mil from one trip. Each trailer double loaded can hold about 24 pallets. Of course you don't sell it everyday if the price is bad but for the low maintenance the cheap need it's amazing.
About tension straps "they probably won't fall off" They won't. It doesn't just tie them down, it couples the physics of the load to the trailer meaning they're treated as s the same object. I've taken that trailer off some sweet jumps and flipped over and it was fine.

I've only messed around with the sheep so far, seeing as they're quite low maintenance. (until I ended up with 350 sheep lol)

I was making quite a lot with them haha. and often.
I do feel like sheep are a lot more profitable in this game than previous. I'm actually making the most on pigs right now. If you can keep up on feeding them they breed like mad. It usually comes down to time invested = money earned.
Do you need to sort the wool out to increase productivity or could I just leave it as I don't really wanna go back & fourth?
it's time for Bunny's fyi....you can also use bale forks for pallets:) ,also as long as there are at least 2 prongs on pallet/bale forks you can carry 2 pallets w/o stacking them :)
I just solid a fairly full trailer of wool. the bails didn't bounce around but all straps were flat on trailer
When you strap pallets of wool or the seed pallets it doesn't go over the top but it still straps it on

Then they breed every 4 hours
If you have 3000. Its one every 15 minutes

you'd have to use a feeding wagon to break the bale down.
But how do i put the hay or grass in that truck to feed them? i only make hay bales

This is the way for easy quick money. Very easy to hold sheep. Water and gras, pling pling money in ;)

just as an fyi, you can put 2 pallets side by side and get either 18 or 20 on a bale trailer. 8 pallets is a horrendous waste of space and potential.

this is the very reason i have been looking this topic up.. from what i can tell, you can ONLY use that sheep farm there. you can't convert any of your fields for livestock.

In my game the wool keeps disappearing, in the Animals statistics window it resets to 0% every time I load the game, but the pallet with wool is still there. What is going on? :-(

Have a bit of an issue. Any idea on the number of livestock that shows in your pen? I got 20 sheep but when counted I only count 10. Same for cows statistics says I have 14 but only count 9.
Yeah that's normal. They don't want to take the performance away from the game to render what could be hundreds of animals (I frequently have 100 pigs). Whatever the menu says is what you have :)

also make sure your cleanliness is high and the wool output is empty.

Someone said there's a mod to put it in the hay loft but I don't know where to find it. Without mods, you just have to store it in a loading wagon or the ground.

I've had my sheep (50) for about 3 days now (game time) and they did not start to produce wool... I'm playing on xbox one. Any idea what could be wrong? My prodution says 100%
Did they already produce 6 pallets? If so you have to remove one for them to start producing again. Otherwise I have noooo idea.
No they just didn't produce but I just restarted and then it was fine. Thanks for the reply.
Another thing not related to sheep... my tention belts is bugy... they tighten but only on the trailer not over the pallets. I tried restarting but nothing seems to work. Any idea on how to fix it?
Are you going up to each pallet or getting into the tractor and hitting L? Not really sure why this would be happening.

I had the same issue with the tension belts just going over the trailer not the pallet idk I was thinking it was a console thing not sure

when it sais cleanleaness, u have to clean the feeding area. Like when u unload food some of it spills, u have to clean that up
