R760, R761, R762, R763, R764 and R865 for negative bus and
Check R766, R767, R768, R769, R770 and R771.

Hi. If during repair, all the leds on the panel should light up(load led), what is the problem? This condition exists while there is only coverter and the buss voltage is fixed by using battery. Inverter and charger are removed from the board
The first time, after completing the board, the output in battery and line mode was correct. On the line mode, when we pressed the off key, the converter and charger exploded again.(Apc model is lynx 2kva)
Your charger is not burst. Charger is Ok but battery converter was burst.
IC 2 located on control board may be faulty because display is showing max current while UPS have no load.
Be cool and repair battery converter

Coming to your question regarding 01100 fault (Soft Start fault)
First check your batteries.
Check PFC portion for any shortage.
Check battery relay.
And I hope you will find your solution.

Pl check PFC portion.
Q726 and Q727 are used on battery.
Q709 and Q710 are +ve PFC
Q708 and Q711 are -ve PFC.
Check this portion along with optocouplers and associated components.
RY702 may be checked. This relay is used for battery.
If this portion is short, then check inverter Q715, Q716, Q717, Q718 Q706, Q736, Q705, Q736 with D750 and D751.

Yes of course
01100 means battery soft start. It may happen due to PFC IGBTs short, or in case of battery low then it may be happen

soft start capacitors are not present.
It may possible that battery capacitors may be faulty

4 big capacitors are DC bus capacitors which hold +400V and -400V DC.
C1447 and C1448 located at inverter board are DC capacitors. Both have 470uF 450V value.

Over temperature means there are three thermostat one located in battery compartment and two are attached with PFC and Inverter heat sinks named SW701 and SW702. If they are ok then check IC13 in SURTD_model and IC8 in SURT model.

fan is working, but in mother board fan 24 v not coming
