@@AKElectroTech Thanks for the reply. I have been watching your videos trying to repair my SRT1500. It is displaying a P.13 Error and a 107 Inverter Hardware Circuit Error. I have replaced shorted IGBTs in the inverter stage and the output filtering capacitor. I have read that the EEPROM might need to be flashed to clear this error. Any tips would be appreciated :)

With the assistance of AK Elctro T, I've fixed an SRT6K that had similar issue.
He knows a lot, probably he has forgotten more than I've ever learned.

SRT 3000 UXI shows error G.11 after input voltage is applied. Red screen is on. UPS cannot be turned on. After activating the menu "Control - Clear alarms" the error disappears, the screen turns blue and the UPS can be turned on. After this, the UPS operates normally in all modes. But after completely turning off the UPS and the mains, the error repeats again. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

Kindly send me log history.
Normally it is deal with EEPROM and you need to refresh EEPROM
@@AKElectroTech Many thanks! The history log in UPS contains only one repeating entry, which is added each time the power is supplied from the mains.

Where can I get a file with the necessary code for my UPS model SRT3000UXI-NCLI?
In this UPS I upgraded FW from Revision 00.8 to 15.6. (ID1024).
With the old version UPS worked unstably, there were many errors, the batteries did not charge, etc.
After the upgrade, the UPS began to work stably, but every time the input voltage is supplied, this error G.11 appears on the front screen.
