This fault 00010 is related with backfired relays. Backfeed means that AC input relays are not operating.
There may be so many issues in control card.
1. Backfeed relays are operated by IC18 (ULN2003). Check wiring pin 13 of this ic to backfeed relays.
2. It is possible that controller stop back feed relays due to not sensing AC input. You can check D23, IC35 and IC27 and related components.
This portion is used for AC sensing.
3. It is possible that ADC is not sensing AC references at pin_120 and pin_121.

Which PFC side is not working.
Pl follow these steps
Install batteries in ups and apply input voltage to ups. UPS power supply will activated and check DC positive bus on d716 and DC negative bus on d715.
Now which bus side is not working on supplying input power to ups.

You mean that input circuit breaker tripped when applying input voltage to ups. If this condition appears then check input circuit of PSDR board.
Otherwise follow these steps:
Connect batteries to ups and connect dmm negative lead to battery black and positive lead on d716. Now switch 'ON' ups on battery and check DC voltage on this diode. Same for d715 diode and check DC voltage.
Also check that ups is normal functioning on battery or going to pfc fault state.
Then apply input voltage and repeat same procedure.

AVR proper function kar raha hota hay.
Supply card na laga ho to yeh issue aata hay
AVR relay or relay driver circuit mat be faulty.

where is connection of cathode of diode 24(D24) that is below 74htc245(ic 19)?
this diode of control board was burnt but cathode of that has no connection with everywhere?

D23 is used after input transformer on PSDR board and convert AC sensing in to DC voltage and connect it to D24. D24 received 24VDC from D23 and 24V_SW from LV power supply from PSDR board.
D24 cathode connected with R182 parrallel with R250. Both R182 and R250 are 100 Ohm.

It is the reflection of lower LED. Only one is glowing with fault LED

Connect batteries and apply input voltage. Now check D716 and D715 for +ve and -ve bus.

سر مجھے اس UPS کے PFC کو ریپیئر کرنے میں پرابلم ہو رہی ہے میں نے پہلے دو دفعہ اپ کو کمنٹ کیے جس میں میں نے اپنا فون نمبر دیا تھا لیکن وہ دونوں دفعہ کمنٹ ڈیلیٹ ہو گئے سر مجھے آپ کی مدد چاہیے
اچھا میں جلد ہی PFC اور Inverter پہ تفصیل سے ویڈیو بنا کے اپ لوڈ کرونگا۔
سر پی ایف سی کے ٹرانسسٹر لگانے کے بعد جب یوپی ایس کو آن کرتا ہوں تو جب پی ایف سی کام کرنا شروع کرتا ہے تو نہت زیادہ کرنٹ لیتا ہے
دو چیزیں ہیں۔ ایک کنٹرول کارڈ اور دوسرا پی ایس ڈی آر PSDR بورڈ۔
پہلے یہ تعین کرلیں کہ کنٹرول کارڈ ٹھیک ہے یا PSDR بورڈ ۔
پلیز C807 کپیسٹر پہ 24 وولٹ دیں۔ اس کے بعد inverter and PFC کے Opto driver چیک کرلیں۔ وہاں پہ 17 وولٹ آرہے ہونگے۔ آپ ان Optos کو 2 وولٹ دے کر چیک کرلیں۔
سر آپ کے بتائے ہوئے طریقے کے مطابق میں نے اپٹو کپلر چیک کیے ہیں سارے ٹھیک کام کر رہے ہیں
