Beautiful creative gentle morning practice, great way to start the day. If possible, prefer to be brought out of sivasana at end for a more complete feeling.

Suffering from a shoulder injury and felt awful all day. Found this and, with very little modification, found I could do it all and it was wonderful. Honestly the first time I’ve felt even vaguely human all day. Thank you SO much.
