20:35 I thought for a second there that there might not be any savings concerning the R&D side. As the interviewer asked, the assumption that there would be savings in R&D costs, stems from the assumption that Uber originally spent R&D expense on vehicles. However, since Uber seems to be adopting a model that leaves vehicle-wise expenses to the driver, there wouldn't be any significant savings right? Please correct me if I have missed something or should take something else in to consideration. :)
Wish my interviewer was this nice and freindly. Great Content!
