Hi. I made it this afternoon. I used a mix of Provolone and Mozzarella, and it worked just fine. I made 2 versions, one in the oven and one in a pan. The pan version is just a bit elastic, but all in all, it is fine and so delicious.

I made this in my air fryer. I did 300 for 10 minutes, turned it after 7 min. It was crispy on the first side. Tasted yummy.
