    I’m gonna be honest josh, I honestly don’t get tired of hearing you talk. I click on these videos to try and learn as much as I can from someone who builds and tunes these cars everyday so I can move forward with knowledge to help make my own decisions. Any video where you give little tips or information is well appreciated

    Been slacking on watching your videos lately. Kinda disappointed I wasn't able to find the information I needed in time for black friday sales, but and missed out on getting my turbo and fuel systems. Just been blah with the sti lately.. Maybe some time away from cars and buying parts will get me back into the swing. I just know I lost a good chance of saving alot of money on parts I know I need. Anyway glad to see you back on the tube making videos. Keep up the great work. ✌️

    I was just talking to my friend about this. I went with an ra block and STI heads on my 02 wrx, with the STI transmission. I'm at about 300whp, and don't really find my current set up lacking in power. On the back roads, I was surprised how fast I find myself at 90mph during the strait sections. Not sure if a 600 hp would even be as fun for a daily. I'm still rocking the wrx clutch, but when I swap that, i'll probably upgrade the cams, so I can hold a little more power up top/regain some low end torque I'm loosing from the STI cams, and upgrade the turbo to ball bearing/porting.

    hey josh, or anyone in the community that is familiar with Subarus, I have a 2019 STI and its pretty much stock, recently I've been having a weird hesitation between 2500-3200 RPM in every gear (not sure about first gear as i usually dont push the RPMS that high in 1st) , it feels like timing being pulled or fuel cutting so I'm feeling like it could be a sensor. I've already replaced my knock sensor as per seeing corrosion on the contact point but i don't want to just keep throwing parts at it with no base. If anyone could help out that would be fantastic.

    • @iconick7165
      @iconick7165 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Late to comment on this but it has to do with your fuel pressure regulator. A lean spot starts to develop in your fuel system around 2500 rpm and can creep as high as 3k-3100 rpm. Very common in STI’s. My ‘14 STI had this but had it pro tuned with this issue in mind, and now completely gone. Some people say to go with the Cobb fuel pressure regulator as it’s essentially an ‘04-‘06 STI style fpr (which had zero issues) but I kept my stock fpr and has been great.
