Actually, you're wrong. Creativity is achieved in limits, if everyone in the world owned a supercomputer, would minecraft finally add circular objects? Obviously not, these cuboidal limits allow us to be creative. That's the appeal, over the years, people have added tons of creative vanilla solutions to furniture like chairs, tables, shelves, and beds. There's also the issue with compatibility, if you made a hanging shelf with stairs you could add a flowerpot on it, what's to say that you could with furniture?

Yeah, the limitation creates creativity but lots of options can create creativity. Lets you do things your way! A skilled artist can definitely create a lovely picture with fewer paint colours, but likely an even better more creative painting when they have access to red. Ultimately, I feel both the limitation and if they were to add vertical slabs would cause creativity. Librarian mentions about 20 mins in how the layout doesn't make sense. Spooky Absurd architecture actually makes a lot of sense for a school environment though. With my old real life high school, they just kept adding and adding to the building wherever they could. Layout there didn't make any sense either.

yeah, my first elementary schools building was built at a really weird angle. there were a lot of twisting hallways and weird classroom layouts(to get to the 2nd & 3rd grade classrooms, you had to go through the kindergarten and 1st grade classroom). it was also partially office buildings from the 3rd floor and up, i got in trouble for exploring up there during school and the layout of the offices was even weirder than the classrooms. apparently they didnt lock the 3rd floor door either(the building was basically built into a hill so there was an entrance on the 3rd floor) according to my mom which is why she got so freaked out when she found out i went up there because literally anybody could walk into the building. they had to move the schools location to a nearby highschool because the houses across the street had drug deals happening or something like that(i left that school before they relocated). this map in general just activates a lot of core memories because there were after school marimba classes in one of the upstairs rooms that my parents would go to, and i had to go wait in the school since i wasnt old enough to stay home alone and i would regularly go walk around the school and the classrooms alone since a lot of the doors inside were left open. super freaky cause some classrooms didnt have much in the way of windows since they were partially underground, and even the ones that did were super dim cause it was in the evening

The reason why the architecture and some of the dialog doesn't make sense is because the map was created by a spanish speaking youtuber (killercreeper55), if I recall correctly he was inspired by his own middle school to make the map. As a side note, I discovered your channel recently and you have made most of my days way less boring, keep it up, we all enjoy your videos :D
So to explain what happened: The teacher (the MC of the horror map) students went and killed Martin so they wouldn't fail, and blamed the teacher for Martin death so he would get arrested. Very scary horror map, but the meaning behind it ruins it.
Actually it makes it seem like a Children of The Corn Scenario, or The Brood. That is actually horrifying that something so innocent can be so monstrous.
I am Spanish and have seen the Spanish version of the map, The kids actually failed purposely to stay with their favorite teacher, but martin didn't; so they killed him, then I suppose a kid saw it and a teacher called the police, and when they arrived at the scene of crime the MC was near the body seeing it so the police arrested him in the act. At the end of the map the students were saying that their *favorite* teacher has returned to stay with them *forever*

Seeing a killercreeper map in here is such a nostalgia trip (dude was part of my childhood), i would recommend you play his other maps ( the nightmare of herobrine is very good for his time and nostalgia has a similar "how" feeling)

Hey man, idk if there's really anything you can do about it but I'm finding a lot of the videos really difficult to watch because of how dark they are, you'll spot and comment on details off in the distance, not even that far away, maybe like just down a hall and I just won't be able to see what it is you're seeing, I just watched your portal video with the mannequins and at one point during part 3 you see a room full of mannequins on the other side of some glass and you comment on how one in the back corner has glowing white eyes and looks different and even with the video paused I genuinely can't spot what you're seeing, (btw I otherwise love this content, you fill a niche I never knew existed)
I have the same exact problem, I usually watch on my phone and even with brightness all the way up everything looks washed out in the darkness. I don't watch many similar TH-camrs but it never happens on their videos
You can do some amazing things in Minecraft without making anyone install a mod ever since they added command blocks. I used to run a multiplayer server that had custom armors and weapons because we figured out how to spawn special versions of the base game weapons but different, and then figured out how to assign them custom textures. You can even create the Aether like that because you can make the game spawn a new world using your own parameters and then make a portal and go there
minecraft is closer to gary's mod then it is other games, its a giant sandbox. with the right set of mods the possibilities are endless and it can essentially be made into any game.

Not eve halfway through but good god the protagonist is a defense attorneys nightmare. Even if he is innocent he's gonna be facing ALOT of charges and has potentially tainted the entire scene. Even worse, any evidence you do find to clear your name will probably not be admissible anymore in court so you've probably royally fucked your chances of being innocent

Killercreeper is well know in the hispanic minecraft community as one of the best map makers, the dude is a wizard with command blocks

suggestion: If your pc can handle it I would recommend getting shaders and optifine turn on dynamic lighting

It is done with datapacks that are in that savegame. You can do a lot with datapacks without the need to mod Minecraft itself.
As per other comments, this map is made with 1.10, datapacks were introduced in 1.13. All this is exceptional use of command blocks.
