I have been using the "oora" ring over 3 years and I love it. I got Gen3 for the O2 sensor. They keep adding software features. Customer service is very good. Sent a new ring when my battery crapped out. No complaints!
I use to use the Oura Ring for over a year, then lost it. So now I got the Galaxy ring. Main reason, I'm not going to pay a monthly fee anymore. That's stupid, why would anyone want to pay extra just to see what should be free.
Loved seeing the review! I see that Ultrahuman Ring which has been on the market for a year is a better subscription free alternative given it is compatible with IOS and Android and is priced lower. Can you do a comparison of these with the Galaxy Ring?
I own oura ring. I love it. My problem with it is that the video recognize when you work out but not mine(ish). I always start with a concept 2 row for about 5 min before I work out and it doesn't recognize that or if I use assault bike. But when I'm at work I have to move my hands really fast because I have to grab things and my oura ring is telling me a was paddling for about 15 min. Strange. Mâine someone can explain this to me.
I snore, so I am interested in that feature. However, I own the gen3 oura for 2 yrs and really like it. It seems to have more health analysis than the galaxy for now
Great review. Except I disagree with statements about activity tracking. Perhaps if you don't do a lot of hand movements (eg typing or handcrafts) the Oura is ok. However, I can rack up 20K steps while sitting down! Fantastic fir sleep tracking however.
Great video! I've also done a deep dive comparing the Oura Ring and Samsung Galaxy Ring: th-cam.com/video/m0Ox5oJ7I5Y/w-d-xo.html Hope it helps everyone 🙂
If you try an pair the Samsung Ring on a Iphone it literally says to: "Please upgrade to a Samsung phone"😂 Clowning Iphone users.

This one of the best unbiased reviews I’ve seen.. great presentation 👍
I appreciate that!
Do you think that they have even touched those rings? Whole video seemed to be press videos from Samsung and Oura...
