Hi there, as someone that works at a Ford dealer there's a few things I can help with here.
1.The sub has been moved to allow customers to have a Spare Wheel with all models, its apparently not changes the sound, but the jury's out on that one...
2.The B&O, Keyless entry and Wireless charger are not options anymore and are limited to being standard on "X" models of Fiesta (ST-Line X, Titanium X, Active X, ST-3)
3.Options like the BLIS, Adaptive cruise, Front sensors etc. are park of "Packs". The driver assistance pack comes with BLIS, Adaptive, Front sensors, Auto Park, Camera and there's an "Exclusive" pack that has a few of them too. (For some reason ST models cant have adaptive cruise, must have something to do with the engine I guess)
4.The standard headlights on Fiestas now have LED dipped beams and much whiter full beams
This applies to all the Hybrid models onwards

Literally just got an ST Line X 155. It's a bloody lovely drive. That little S mode really does make a difference on throttle response 😂
@JBCTR Adaptive cruise is one the best things. I have it in my Mazda 3 and its such a good fuel saver. Don't hang back too far because when it is busier you get people sneaking in and it's constantly correcting itself. With mine I am allowed to change gear without it disturbing the cruise and if im braking it will take me right down to 20mph in the manual and then ask me to take over, but in the auto version it will bring me to a complete stop! Great extra! Love it! :)

I have the B&O in my 69 plate Titanium X, the move of the sub explains why you now get a spare wheel as an option as they’ve freed up the spare wheel bay they used for the sub.
Hi from Italy. In my Focus MK4 (so a bigger Fiesta) the best thing i've bought is the winter pack.
Pleased they made the wireless charger bigger, I have a 68 plate Vignale (all options built in) and my iPhone XS will not charge as it is too big for the charger to sit flat. You are right about the Sound system, it is very good, I have mine set to surround mode, and it really is a treat to listen to.
Great vid as always I've have a mk8 st line x 140 don't think I would get one of these I'm getting a st2 in January hope it hasn't lost any power or noise as I know the emissions are changing?
The “dead key” you are referring to (it’s actually called something else but the name slips my mind) is only fitted as standard on all Ford vehicles that offer keyless entry from 2020 onwards. It can be retro fitted at any Ford dealership on older keys and new keys too (on cars without keyless entry) so long as you have the teardrop key fob shape - it’s worth noting that all keyless start fobs emit a signal regardless of keyless entry or not.
Dead keys are brilliant. I've got a 2016 Mk5 Mondeo, so presumably it doesn't have dead keys. But that's a brilliant innovation to prevent or reduce car theft.
I picked up my ST-Line X last saturday and i love everything about it 👌the adaptive cruise control is excellent, lane keep assist and parking assist are also nice extra's!
yeah I thought I would never use park assist but sometimes it work really good for parallel parking in tight spaces and I would say I am pretty good at it but I use it anyway :D
@@IcheVonB yeah exactly, I can park basically anywhere but using automatic parking every now and then is just fun to do
The sub woofer has been moved so that you can still have the option of a spare wheel, previously that wasn’t available. Also you are driving a st-line x edition. The old st-line x had 3 red stripes on the seats too and and a few less things but easy way to tell what version it is.

Best option I got on mine is the winterpack. I didn't care for the B&O speakers. The standard sound system is fine.
Love the openable panoramic roof on mine. Lets so much light in. Great even in winter when it’s not open.
Yup me too. I loved mine, and would definitely spec it again 👍🏼
Same as that, it makes the interior so much brighter and I think that makes it feel more spacious. Even closing the cover makes it feel more dark and enclosed. Looking forward to the warm weather so I can actually use it!
Got the panoramic roof on mine,its awesome,mines the titanium b and o play edition with adaptive cruise control, comfort pack,style pack,etc,the only things missing are auto park assist and camera,its an awesome car

The transitions you make/use always are amazing, even though this isn't a ST-3, great watch. If you can get your hands on a ST Edition... definitely wouldn't mind watching that video ;)

@@JBCTR I think it'll do, last time I checked, there isn't much that is different between the Performance Edition and ST Edition, I can always be wrong though.

Isn't the hole in the boot floor where the optional spare tyre would be? Or is it not available on the ST line?

The adaptive cruise control has another setting in the menu “intelligent cruise” which then uses the speed signs recognition and also alters the speed, so if your on the motorway and it’s read national speed limit, it will do 70 and then when you turn off to a 50 or 40 etc it will change the speed up or down so you do t have to worry.
I didn’t find that, but sounds epic!

Inforative snappy video as always, many thanks. Do you think technical issues aside Ford will have Adaptive Cruise control installed on the fiesta St 3 you think even as an option and also leds in the front fog lights as halogen front fogs look out of place with led headlights ? Tony
I don’t have any insights in to what’s to come in the MK8. I can’t see them adding adaptive cruise to the ST’s as the radar is quite large - there just isn’t space.
I added aftermarket LED bulbs to the fogs on mine. They don’t work too well in fog, but they did make the cornering lights look a little better.
The first video of yours I watched was the options video to give me an idea before I had to lock mine in on my ST3 order so this feels like a full circle now 😂 As well as the radar, I noticed the front parking sensors which aren't a feature on the ST (or at least weren't on the 2018 builds).
Front parking sensors are okay. I think they are mainly there for the park assist thing.
Cant get front parking sensors nor adaptive cruise. Nothing has changed in the new spec other than performance pack being standard and it now comes with b&o as standard where previously they were an optional extra
I just bought a ford fiesta active 125 hibrid with the pack that includes lane assistant ,brake emergency ecc are this adas still ' modern ' ? Even if the fiesta model came out in the 2018 ? Thank you
St line silver 1.0 ecoboost in 125ps and 155ps mhev. Options and Ford has caught up to 2021 getting rid of rear keep fit windows. Front and back electric windows, front and rear parking sensors and sat nav. Done! Boom! Order into a Ford UK
The heated windscreen 👍 Ford even made a commercial with the Mk7 Fiesta ST and the heated windscreen option. Just search for "Ice Ice Baby Ford" 🥶

great vid, since i got my 2020 ST Line X in March i have used the auto park like 4 times and it was just to show it to some friends XD its really a gimmick

it work really good for parallel parking in tight spaces and I would say I am pretty good at it but I use it anyway :D it seems that it detects the curb or somehow calculates its location in relation to other cars because it parks perfectly a few centimeters from it. I'm starting to like this option even though I treated it as a curiosity at the beginning
@@JBCTR I have the Fiesta Vignale in automatic transmission and it works like a charm. I believe the manual transmission is not best suited for this feature as for the automatic you can swiftly change the gears with minimal effort mainly focusing on the brake pedal only. However what I have experienced (with parallel parking only) is if you are too close to a parked vehicle whilst scanning on offside / nearside then you will kerb your rims. I assume this has been engineered for the vehicle to manoeuvre in a fixed dimension.

Led headlight are better in most areas, except in winter. They produce no heat, your have a problem with ice buildup as you drive.

I mean I can tell you the best option.. a 1.5 , 3 cylinder, 197bhp ST 😅😅
I have a "real" spare wheel in my St Boot where the sub used to be. My ST model has the sub in the side. I think the B&O audio is worse than the old Sony one but then I don't rate B&O audio as much good anyway. The issue with the sleeping key is that if you put it in your pocket it never goes to sleep because you move, so not much use when shopping but is good for night parking when the keys are put down.

I like the fact that they moved the sub to the size of the boot since it's necessary, for me, to have a spare wheel which you couldn't do with the old B & O setup. I liked the sound it made but the lack of spare was an issue. I'm glad they modified it.
It will be a blue, 5drs Fiesta ST for me. I'm currently driving a 2.0i 307 and the 1.0 Ecoboost lacked low-end torque of my bigger engine. And hybridation is a no for me (complexity ofan ICE engine + elctric system adding more weight and complexity for not a lot of gains). All I have to do is to test drive a Fiesta ST (which is very difficult in my living area in France).

when it comes to B&O check in options if you have surround sound turned on and add some bass, much better sound after changing this options

Hi there can you tell me which of these options come as standard for the St line-X?
The extras you get for st-line x are part leather seats, bigger alloys, wireless charging pad, auto high beam, traffic sign recognition, b&o sound and keyless entry. Privacy glass, cruise control, rear parking sensors, power fold mirrors, sat nav, auto wipers and centre arm rest are all standard now. Every option he has mentioned in the video are all optional extras
Hi I just wanted to know if anyone one else has had there DRIVER SIDE FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOW SWITCHES break as in fall apart 😅 and is this a common fault with fiesta?

Yup, the ST Lines have a different front bumper and wheels.
Would you guys recommend the ST-Line 140hp or the MHEV 155hp version?
Either is good tbf. The 155hp version is obviously a little quicker. You wouldn't know it was a hybrid tbh.

Hi mate, avg. MPG compared to the ST3?
Not great. I averaged 39mpg over 370 miles in the hybrid. My ST was normally around 34mpg average.

I'm averaging about 40mpg on my 155 hybrid after 1700 miles
It is strange nowadays how a sound system is more important to many than having a spare wheel that can get you out of trouble in an emergency. Even in such an emergency at least one's preferred breakdown service can fit it for you rather than fill the existing punctured tyre with gunge that will probably invalidate any repair.
How much does it cost all in included?
This car was listed at 22500 when new.

All and all amazing, I have a fiesta st from dezember 2018. But you need ask Ford to stop sending you this defect models that have the steering on the wrong side of the car....
