That wouldnt make much difference, since even combine those 3 couldnt stop the scourge nor Mal'ganis. Arthas would still go into Northrend for vengeance but this time Jaina or Uther might have fallen into the darkness aswell.

No. It's unwinnable because it takes place at a fixed point in time, due to events that occurred in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. You are reliving Uther's memory of that time, seeing it from his perspective; in Warcraft III, you played the scenario from Arthas' perspective. Shadowlands takes place about 34 years after the first Warcraft RTS game, when the Dark Portal was first opened. Shadowlands is about 14 years after Warcraft III, which started 20 years after the Dark Portal, and ended in 22 ADP with Frozen Throne expansion of Warcraft III, as well as the bonus which had the formation of the Horde under Thrall's leadership.

I simply wondered if it was some alternate reality thing, because Uther seems to believe the outcome of his last meeting with Arthas could be different if Uther himself acted differently.
