The irony of the Kingpin is that, traditionally, the romance between Wilson Fisk and his wife Vanessa (whom we are seeing here before she marries him) is that they are truly one of the greatest romantic couples in the comics.
In case if there are people who still aren't sure how Daredevil's powers work, here's a brief summary: When Matt was blinded in the Chemical Accident, the toxic waste (of course it's Toxic Waste! It's always Toxic Waste!) amplified his other senses to near Superhuman Levels. When these senses are combined, it 'paints' a fiery picture of his surroundings. That's how he is able to fight so well. He can literally 'see' the world around him through his other senses.
he isnt really disabled, he's super-able. Doctor: You're blind Matt: yes, but actually no. I can see better than you by using my other senses. Doctor: I'll prescribe you ..... wait what? Matt: ........ Just joking, im blind. Blind humor.

There's also Stick whooping his ass unrelentingly when he was a kid(or up until high school or college age, depending) transforming him into a terrifying hardcore Boxing Super Ninja perpetually HAUNTED by Catholic guilt, rofl. Oh, and his body being able to make adjustments on the fly allowing him to be agile akin to Spider-Man.
His angry yell makes me chuckle at times. The ending of this episode traumatized me. I’ve seen The Boys & while that gets gory af with instantaneous explosions, there’s just something scary about seeing Kingpin gradually crush someone’s brain/head with a car door.
Ya it made me laugh when he said “You embarrassed me in front of her” because it just reminded me of like a fat teen boy with acne getting mad at his friends for embarrassing him in front of the popular girl at school that he has a crush on
And now you see just why people were afraid to even speak his name or cross Wilson Fisk. That car door scene is unforgettable in its brutality. The dude just KEEPS GOING, and I'm like, OH MY GOD STOP!!!!! HE'S DEAD, OKAY? HE'S DEAD! STOP! HOLY FUCK.
Imagine how terrifying that would've been, to be in the Russian's position during Daredevil's attack. I mean if I were in that situation, by the time the lights went out I would've been out of there faster than the Flash, and that's pretty fast!

if anyone watches teen wolf you know that the guy that got killed by fisk is gideon emery he played a blind werewolf in teen wolf named deucalion and he was the leader of the alpha pack in season 3a
Also now a Marvel Zombies show rated TV-MA. It gives me hope going forward. I think Daredevil can survive TV-14, but someone like The Punisher definitely needs that mature rating.

I know you probably just mean it as a joke, but that's actually an interesting question to me and something I hadn't really thought much about before watching this series. But in the first episode Matt's phone says, "Foggy... Foggy... Foggy," when his friend Foggy calls him (and probably would have kept repeating that until he either answered the call or it went to voice mail). I imagine there are all sorts of voice programs like that, that auto-read out his texts, etc. (And of course there are special screen readers for internet usage, and for scanning and reading his paperwork out loud to him.) Anyway, I thought it was interesting. :)

The only way, as far as I know, that you could find me online is if you hacked a website I’ve bought something from and gotten my credit card information from that.
