  • 5+ years ago I made a short film about a fictional character named Andy and his experience being a new kid at a new school having social phobia. This film meant a lot to me as this was something that I had once went through during my years in college. I wasn't completely out to my family to the new friends I made. Social Anxiety is real and my message to others is that our fear won't go away, but it can be controlled...and the first step is to embrace your fear.

His imagination when he dropped the marker was very accurate.

Ah, not only gamers, but also dipping into theatre! Intrigue. There oft seems to be a shortage of relatable psychological pieces.

...AT THE END SHORT FILM,THE YOUNG MAN ....'CONFRONT YOU FEAR!
    WHAT IS THE MEANING?
ANXIETY CAN BE DESCRIVED AS 'A FEELING OF NERVOUSNESS OR WORRY!
WHEN ANXIETY BECOMES CHRONIC,WHEN IT CONTINUES EVEN AFTER THERE IS NO MORE NEED TO FEEL ANXIOOUS,ANXIETY CAN BECOME A DISORDER.
    HOW TO HELP?
AS A RESULT ,ANXIETY DISODER SUFFERES ARE OFTEN AFRAID OF BEING MISUNDERSTOOD THAT THEY TRY TO HIDE THEIRS PROBLEMS BY OTHERS.
THIS CAN RESULT IN FEELINGS OF GUILT THAT WORSEN THEIR EMOTIONAL STATE.
IT"S VITALLY IMPORTANT ,THEREFORE,FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BE SUPPORTIVE.
    1)TAKE TIME OUT
    2)BREATHE THROUGH PANIC
    3)FACE YOUR FEARS
    4)IMAGINE THE WORST
    5)DOM"TRY TO BE PERFECT
    7)VISUALUSE A HAPPY PLACE
    8)TALK ABOUT IT
    9)Go BACK TOBASICS
    10)REWARD YOURSELF
