yep ,everyone talking about material things flashy cars etc, how about to acknowledge medical care ,I needed help and it cost thousands, my mum needs help I'm not able to get her help to take to best oncologists etc . I don't dream about most expensive cars or mansions I need money to help my family ,friends and myself with medical cost. I'm battling depression over 20 years I couldn't afford therapy ,when I saw psychiatrist first thing he said you need long course of therapy 2 years possibly more and I have to pay privetly.

10:44 What Beyonce said is true. Money brings "some" happiness. It gives comfort, you get to have a huge house, never worry about bills for rent or healthcare, you can buy every material thing you ever wanted but it can never cure your insecurities, your low self esteem, your sense of being judged constantly by all the people watching you, it can't cure that insecurity you felt when I magazine article was trash talking about you. Money can't buy you genuine people who genuinely love you, in fact, it's the opposite, it makes it harder for you to find people who truly love you for who you are as a person and are not just after your wealth. And yeah, all these clips just shows celebs really are just people. They have so much more in common with the average person than most people think.

I've found that the best things to fight depression are proper vitamin D levels and focusing on getting good sleep on a regular basis as well as not using social media because that increases dopamine, and dopamine suppresses serotonin. Once I stopped using social media, I felt such a huge sense of inner peace that I hadn't felt in years. As for anxiety, magnesium glycinate works wonders for that, because magnesium deficiency is so common, and anxiety is the #1 symptom. Just commenting with this in case it might help someone who reads it. :)

Well, yes and no. If attention for them was so horrible, they wouldn't want to be on the front page of Vogue or on billboards. Be on advertisement. The more they sell their face and body, the more famous you are. They like the money and free gifts, the privileges. It is very contradictory to say "I hate being famous, it is a pain in the ass", but one month before you had 5 unnecessary interviews talking about your favorite color etc. and 2 advertisement and photo sessions for your own perfume/make up brand.
It would be more logical to seek less attention, if you don't like so much attention. If you are a singer, produce your music and that's it. If you are an athlete, do your sport and that's it. If you are an actor, do your movie and that's it. They love the attention, going to Met Galas, wearing designer clothes, perfect make up to get the free drinks, food and gifts. Cry me a river.

Congratulations -- you're one of the few ppl ever to recognize that fact. But it's such a mahvelous woild that all species get to share the misery -- look how rotten life is for trillions of plants (now known to think, feel and act) and animals (long known to be generally better than ourselves).

"talking about our messiness of being human and our hardships and our struggles is what brings us closer together and weirdly what makes everyone happier." SO TRUE. we are starved of real conversations to show and share our authentic selves. we all need to do what we can to gain the communication tools to have authentic conversations with others, and more importantly, with ourselves. Reflection, self-awareness, and asking ourselves what really matters in this life helps.

Not every rich person is depressed, and not every poor person is happy. Your finances are only one aspect of who you are!👊I wonder if these people know that living with depression and anxiety ISN'T a normal state of being. Yes, it has been normalized, and it's great that more people are talking about their experiences to reduce the stigma around mental illness, but we were not meant to live our lives in fear or insecurity. Yes, having EXPERIENCES of feeling stressed or overwhelmed is normal, but it shouldn't be a chronic condition. That is how we deplete our overall physical health and lose our life force from within as well.
As someone who used to suffer from chronic anxiety and panic attacks for years after watching my dad die from cancer, and now have been living mentally healthy for years, I know that it is possible to be free from these low states of being and actually live a life that offers something far greater than happiness: peace and well-being.

People may say I am crazy or insult me, but I will say it. We have a body, but we also have a spirit. You may have everything on the face of the Earth to satisfy your ego, but still, you will feel that you need something. Your spirit needs you to connect with the Creator, so it can fill this void within you. For me, I invite Jesus into my heart, and of course, I can have bad days, but most of the time, even when I'm alone in my bedroom, I am happy because I know He loves me no matter what, and I will never be alone.

Kindness Counts, that’s why kindness is so rich,
But kindness can’t get anyone into Heaven
The solutions to the problems are varied in each of the peoples lives
I don’t think anyones life turned out exactly how they wanted rich, poor, middle, this vid teaches people to reach out if they are suffering from depression so thank you all 🙏 it’s a good thing to learn, and that even if your famous your needs no matter how simple ( going out side for a drive or bike ride ) can be squelched, I can’t imagine being a kid or teen that can’t go out and walk my dog or go for a ride or to a mall because of safety concerns from amounts of fame, I just wanted to help get my family gain some extra money to pay for a new roof or medical bills or something else 🤷🏻‍♀️ and once it starts it’s hard to stop, like with any thing then it was a buisness that starts and falls apart and you need another job and the game grows then the kids need new shoes and a new school roof not everyone woke up going I want to become famous and have lots of money and no freedom, I feel for anyone that doesn’t get to live the life they were meant to, knocked off the path of their natural destiny, it can’t be easy to adjust to that stay strong You Are Loved, Jesus Loves You Famous Not Famous and in The Middle

What people don’t understand is that what really matters in life you can’t buy with money, LOVE, this is what we should pursue, LOVE, this is the only thing that fulfills your being, that makes you feel complete.
Money buy happiness? Yes, I can’t deny it, money buy happiness, but the happiness that money buy is a sensation, you feel the happiness through things that last, that filled desires and when you fulfill your desire, you’ll be by yourself, seeing yourself as a complete broke person.

And they have to deal with the adulation, angst and anger of the populace that sees them as a non human entity that is at their disposal to admire or abuse at will. I bet few of them want the fame at all anymore. I know I wouldn’t.

This is both fascinating and comforting. I am a trauma survivor. I am just learning now through true healing that happiness or wellbeing comes from doing what lights you up and having a healthy nervous system. With a lot of demands/daily stress comes trauma. People don't realise that entirely. It is recognized as a form of trauma. We aren't meant to live like everyone describes here. Practicing nervous system health is so much of what dissolves resistance/anxiety/unhappiness. And so on. It's all the same thing.
