- I have got a new compact mixer Alto TrueMix 800 FX and this is a quick handon review. This mixer is a portable audio mixer with built-in DSP effects, and bluetooth and USB that delivers all the essential features you need for home recording, or performing.
Finally a review that goes through the functionality. Respect and many thanks
How long as this mixer been out. I’ve got one it’s really good learning how it works
Love the older Alto ZMX 8 channel mixer. Why did they leave out the “ Mid” EQ band? Definitely want to be able to add Mids if I need them!
In case you need to do this, you can remove lows & highs as a workaround
Newbie: can you control EQ also with bluetooth audio on ? I am asking because BT has not a dedicated channel , right ?
Ty for video, can u make other video when use eq for a test
Thanks for this video. Does it come in close to a Mackie A&H or Soundcraft in terms of quality? I am looking for a spare mixer for my duo. The effects for the vocals are very important to me. Are the vocal effects good? Usable for live? Is this sturdy and robust enough, potentiometers okay?
In addition, this mixer seems useful in combination with my DAW Presonus. Make vocal recordings at home. Is the routing then that the vocals (for example 1,2 and 3) go into the mixer, then the output into my Beheringer interface. Is that the correct routing?
Now I also use the Presonus Revelator as an interface, with which I can use Studio one. Is it also possible to run the output of the mixer in the revelator?
Or should I not use the revelator in the mixer/computer combination?
gr. Hank
Yeah i'm wondering about the quality too
How to connect to phone for live streaming? Thanks.
Sorry to say, but that "Hall" effect sounds a bit cheap. Curious to hear the other "hall" setting as well.
