You should get Solael's Witchblade / Viper / Rhowan's Crown devotions for the three kinds of RR, will raise your DPS by a quite a lot. Also your OA is somewhat lacking, right now it's too low for landing crits on boss tier enemies - I recommend a minimum of 2800 in both OA / DA. Presence of Virtue and Flashbang are very useful skills too btw
I will swap some abilities around later and let you know what the results look like. I normally push for 2800+OA in most my builds. After I finish my Ritualist build I am working on I will re run some abilities and the devotions and see if the results improve. Thanks for the advise.
Thanks for mentioning the OA. Saw a very substantial increase in damage. Still got to change the devotions around and it will be perfect. Thanks for the recommendation.
did something similar after starting a fresh oathkeeper (I do not have the Virtue set yet though). Do you also make use of Vire Might as an AOE to lay fire around? (did not see it used mcu in that way in the video) It can be pretty effective against groups, given the high fire damage modifier.
Yeah I have Vires Might and it does a ton of fire damage with this build. Got the grimtools link up if you want reference. Only downside is this build needs more OA for the boss crits otherwise it's perfect
I feel like Inquis would be a better sub to the oathkeeper. Using Deadly aim. Word of renewal inquis seal. and aura as censure as your signature. Much better OA without heavy investment. And a source of fire -res which I didn't see any in the video.
Celestial presence Is reducing Fire Res. Otherwise points and some components, masteries, and devos can be changed to help get that OA up higher so you crit more and stand better chances on Super Bosses/nemesis etc. But deadly aim would be awesome for this. Wouldnt hurt to give it a shot. My Paladin is level 80 I'll think about checking it out
Is this hard to level with as a new player from level 1? can you give some short info maybe how to build then? if to go with 1 hand shield atonce or 2 hand in beginning or? also in which order for devotions? thx in advance =)
I plan on making a video these next few days. But yes a shield is great to level you get a lot of skills that help with your shield and enhancing your damage plus the extra block and armor helps
@@Destructable Ok can u just mention just like which first 2-3 skills and devotions to focus on? i wanna play a little now. Tomorrow i go work 5 night shifts so wont play until wednesday night so maybe u got a video up by then =) . Thx for ur time and replying to people =)
Only when Reprisal was procing aegis a lot. That is basically it. You'll regen everything else. You may have to use a energy potion but I rarely did honestly I just ran around you regen energy very fast with this build. If you watch some of the extended combat fights I was maintaining energy for almost minutes at a time. But if you get massive reprisal procs it may become slightly problematic
Hey there, interesting build. I found Your build is quiet similar to build I am working on except different constelations and some different piece of gear. Curently at level 73 and even without the gear it works wonders. www.grimtools.com/calc/vNQdapYZ Edit: I see u maxed Smite passive skill, but it works only with defautl weapon attacks, which you dont use. I recommend drop it to 0 and invest those skill points elswere, maybe for Thermite mine, which helps lower enemy rezistance and stack with celestial presence. I also noticed You havent using Viper and Elemental storm constelations which helps reduce enemy rezist by quiet a lot and stack with thermite mine and also with Celestial presence.
Fire build and no thermite mine with demolitionst? Lots of dps loss.
cool wanted to try out this class, thanks for the vid
Why not using thermite mines? Missing out on like -30% resistances

You're welcome ^^
Smite only activates off of default weapon attacks, it won’t work with the Aegis skill, surely?

you take way too much damage for a "tank build" ...
