Why not put a couple of points in Conjure Primal Spirit. Even with just a couple of points it is very strong and has a poison attack of it's own. Reap Spirit is fine, but if you want a fast devotion proc, you could use Grasping Vines/Entangling Vines. Just put a point in each, it slows your opponents and it ticks a lot. Most importantly the cooldw is about a second (Reap Spirit 4 sec and it doesn't tick). Devotion wise I would have gone for the scorpion instead of the raven. The bonuses for you pets are small and it also gives the 5 green you want. The scorpion however has an aoe for your pet that does poison dmg and a big DA debuff.
I honestly haven't tested the scorpion however I do believe it would be a fitting devotion for this build no doubt. I used the primal but the damage was so underwhelming I just couldn't see why I would want it up. It may prove to be a better choice however I didn't see it doing any good. Grasping/entagling vines were substituted I used them for leveling and it slipped my mind. I could see these doing a lot of good keeping the enemies back so this one I agree is a great grab and would help
True the primal spirit is no blight fiend, but the blight fiend has like 30 points into it, for just 3 points the primal spirit does a lot, not a killer but a lot relativly for its cost. For procs I always look at skills that tick a lot like word of pain, curse of frailty and grasping vines. They may not do what you want, but they will proc a lot and devotions make your build work. Still, have been watching your vids, you have a nice catch on the game, keep um up.

Just started playing Grim Dawn 2 days ago and wish I had seen this video then haha. Quick question, at what point do you start adding points into the shaman tree? I'm still trying to figure out the best way to level. Complete noob, sorry
I personally focus on one move for awhile and that does a ton of damage and put all my points into the passive class tree skills that gives attribute points for raw stat. Pet builds are typically much easier to play :)
@@Chrisd0743 once you get one toon high you will find gear that you can give other toons. Atm though you're at the hard part lol. Might want to stay on Elite until you get for devo points and some legendary pieces

Hi. nice video. I'm also a pet builds lover. just for the record, you don't have stun resistance. it'll probably help with nemesis.
Pets are the best I got 3 cats on me right now lol. I was able to get that one down but he did stun a ton. Thanks for the tip bud and agreed
Question, why you have so much spirit instead physique ? You don't cast any dmg spells.
with the new patch would u change anything ?
