I SO want to help people like her son. I am a Functional Medicine Nutrition Counselor and I know that nutrition has a lot to do with why people express mental illness.
Would that make her less deserving of sympathy or kindness? Everyone deserves help and there's far more normal people who haven't helped homeless before they became down on bad luck than the opposite. If we only cared about kind hearted perfect people, we'd be ignoring 90% of the homeless which will lead to MORE homelessness. Maybe your anger towards the wealthy is doing more harm than good if you're judging homeless people....imagine if a wealthy person now saw your comment and got mad and refused to help homeless if they felt they'd be all judgemental like you.
I think your interviews are the best and when you travel through camps and actually encounter people its very interesting!! I really think there's some of these people you could almost do a follow ups every few weeks. I don't know if that's possible/ or feasible but I think that would really benefit your channel and the folks you travel back to.. Its all good... Thx!!
