- Disgrace on the streets of Tampa. Families begging for food, homeless everywhere and undocumented people being robbed but afraid to report it due to SB-1718
The Mayor of Tampa and the City Police will do ANYTHING to hide this issue. Thanks Jose for the truth.

Great job Jose! Being a Florida native I know those roads well and it never used to be that bad with the homeless folks all around. It is very sad.

Yea I was homeless in Tampa for over a year, and he's right alot of ppl prefer it, they've adapted to that lifestyle. I did, but I got an opportunity to wake up and I took that chance. I used to sleep under the tents from car washes, at the laundry mat and sometimes on the side of the street. Actually on the other side of Hillsborough, Dale Mabry, Martin Luther King Jr. By the stadium.
Absolutely terrible… thank you city of Tampa for refusing to house these individuals.
Circle K always have homeless people. The only gas station that don’t bother them

It is terrible here in western NC too. I feel bad for these folks, living in the heat 24/7 and sleeping on concrete. People should never say that it couldn't happen to them. Myself and many Americans are only a paycheck or two from being homeless. Something has to be done about the insane cost of housing. Our politicians don't give a damn about the homeless and poor working class people.

I see homeless all the time it’s hard out there. I will say your actions do set up your future. If you’re a fiend then you’ll be on the streets. Even the hard working can be on the streets. Some are lucky enough to have a car to sleep in others don’t. The person with the kids asking for donations I’m not surprised by it. It’s a way to get sympathy as we all probably can figure.it’s sad to see people struggle all you can do is hope the best for them and what u can to not end up in that situation

wow it is high there the poverty level is above 17% stats show, and it looks like the USA is around 11 % avg poverty level from the best I can tell, didn't know it was that bad there.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS We went up to Tampa last month for a concert, downtown Tampa was beautiful, we really loved it and an awesome place to see a concert, you can walk to everything, great restaturant, Riverwalk, I think, really enjoyed our time and no traffic getting there loved Sarasota Lido Beach, you guys made the right choice much better vibe there.

He was covering my Neighborhood Grant Park. Grant Park is a community of good hearted people. I've been here for 5 years. Grant Park has been great. What it does for families on the holidays. Y'all just don't know.

OMG, I live in Tampa and thought they had cleaned up the homeless issue here. Yeah, they make them hide!!! I had no idea it was still this bad here. I know I bought a sub, chips, and a drink and handed them out the window to a lady and had blue lights pulled on me fast. I was told it was illegal to feed the homeless. I was irate. he let me go with a warning and said if you feed them they will never leave. I said no, they will die and how do you expect them to leave with no money.
i feed them in front of cops all the time. I see cops harassing homeless.. i walk up and give them stuff to humiliated the cops for bothering them. the problem is HUGE but its in hidden areas most will never go

Sad and tragic, and it can happen to anyone. The vast majority of street homeless will be dead in the next several years due to fentanyl overdose, poor physical and mental health due to fentanyl, or drugs related violence.

Tampa is nowhere near as bad as LA. You see thousands of tents on Venice bch alone,you won't see that in Clearwater. In my town of Brandon I haven't seen a tent yet although I'm sure there are folks in cars etc. Of course LA is way bigger but they have 70,000 documented homeless. Tampa might have 1000.
