Maybe they should put a mortorium on building new swimming pools. All the new construction of mini mansions with attendant amenities is ridiculous. What is need ed is more affordable housing and community pools. When I was a kid we went to the beach or the next town to a public park pool. We didn't feel deprived. Water issues are plaguing the country right now . No wonder the aquifers are shrinking.
