I’m in the process of putting in your 4200 coil conversion kit SSM in a 79( when the vehicle ever gets here) will that apply to that kit provide the tow hitch is uprated

i don't think it will, he just said that when he gets the dino trailer he wants to go over all he's kits and see what passes on his kits and if it passes the trailer test then he might sell post rego or ssm kits, so i think that if you want to go down this path then you should probably try and get a refund for your kit and wait for the results and possible new kit in a few months

What about post rego portals on a 200? Any changes of it being legal with a gvm?
