    I'm really enjoying this series. Great for the garage mechanic. Thanks for taking the time to put this together for us! I'm learning a lot!

    always fun to watch your videos, hopefully it inspires some to take the plunge and try some home fixes. But... it that carb was any indicator, some should just drop the stuff off to their local shop, etc. Only complaint is, I would have liked some more detail on the carb fix and if you replaced anything on this shock. I always convert to a bladder... easy service mainly.

      Right on, thanks for the feedback. I have two videos that talk way more about those things. I should have put a card up for the carb one. Here it is. th-cam.com/video/JW2Zu-Sy7Q4/w-d-xo.html

      And I didn't replace anything except the seal and put the bladder. Here is our other video on doing that stuff. th-cam.com/video/VO7bxPCE8Bg/w-d-xo.html

    What is this change for, what difference is there between one and the other, what does changing it bring you, I mean what you are doing in the nitrogen reservoir of the wp shock absorber.

      Installing the bladder gives you way better shock performance

      @@highlandcycles When it comes to purging the damper manually, does this change affect this? Does the nitrogen charging method differ when it comes to changing through the bladder?

      @@Mario14792 yes. It’s actually much easier with a bladder

    Would you add oil and bleed the same way with a linkage shock?

    • @highlandcycles
      @highlandcycles  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BergTE300 yes. Works the same way.

    • @kjclark7
      @kjclark7 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did the bleed your way and oil shot out of the high speed port. That was real interesting!

    • @highlandcycles

      BergTE300 hahaha. You gotta go slow.

    • @kjclark7
      @kjclark7 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah. It blew out going slow too. Just not as much as before. I ended up doing it another way

      BergTE300 right on. I’ve had that happen too but I have it dialed now. Which way did you do it?

    Nice patch! and you need more fire starter stuff! Ok, I may have an issue there...
