This plan is a very straight forward, yet powerful, challenging. There are some daily task to complete that focused around weight loss and nutrition goals. There are daily goal for steps & wellness.       maine koi exercise nahi ki Kaval khan ko 32 baar chabaya or 10000 step kiye h daily

    I weigh 75 kg today and will post my weight on 30 th September hope I reach 70 kg by quitting sugar and fats completely and following your tips 🙏🏻

    This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me lose fat and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!
