It's correct!
But, these advancements only apply to recent phones, and still not all phones have optimized charging! Furthermore, it would have been better if you'd covered about the 20%-80% charging thing to improve the efficiency of the battery!

well also keep a check on your phone battery as If the battery is bloated than it can blast even if your phone has charge protection. Usually its rare case and can be found in device more than 3 years old.

Phone battery get more stressed when it is below 20 and above 90 so it is safe to charge in between 90 and 20 which also help in reducing full charge cycle.
