@@MichaelTickletipson Its a standard velcro, but I believe they make QD versions now. Id get those. You would need someone else to get stuff out of the pack, unless you took off the PC
The 75gr offering from them is the hornady TAP T1 bullet from hornady’s police line. I have some aac 75gr on the way to see how it does vs the hornady tap I have
Clarification, in case it’s unclear. This video isn’t saying 5.56/.223 as a caliber sucks. It is saying people over estimate what different loads of 5.56/.223 are actually capable of.
I stock ppu m193 which is a hot loading like the Winchester and ADI ss109 since it has crimped and staked primers with a temp stable powder, they both group under 2” but I haven’t been able to get a 5 shot group under 1” yet. I use the hornady black 223 75gr for home defense since it’s the same as their tap t1 loading just cheaper. The aac 75gr is actually the same t1 bullet just with a cannelure and I have some on the way to test against the hornady. I also have a couple hundred federal xf223sp which is a 62gr trophy bonded bear claw that I got from sgammo, he still has some left plus a velocity test of them on his TH-cam. I found they hit within 1-2” of the adi 62gr with a 16 and 12.5 barrel.
Tldr don’t use ball 5.56 unless you have to, this has been semi common knowledge since the 90s. At the end of the day, even the worst 5.56 will perform better than 5.45 and 7.62x39 ball (and oftentimes even better than .308 ball). For a cheap-ass fmj, 5.56 really can’t be beat. If you want better performance, pay more money for fancier loadings
Yeah I appreciate seeing someone try and get the info out there on how limited the magical frag effect really is, and how much it explains the common “stopping power” complaints with 556
0:00 whats that plate carrier
@@MichaelTickletipson AR500 Testudo Gen 2. It has an EliteSpanker or SpankerElite molle backpack attached to the back.
Appreciate it
Oh just one more thing man, would there be issues taking it off by yourself?

I had good luck with AAC 77gr otm sold by PSA, my local service rifle competition group bought lots of them and all liked it a lot.

yeah, 55 grain ball does really well within its velocity range. Its just more range limited than people think. Thanks for watching 👍

@@brad_1388_ thanks! I love testing this stuff for myself too. There is a lot a varying info out there.
But muh "m193"!
