Random Highway Bridge Held a Couple Good Fish! (1 New Species)

I make a point to go out fishing twice a week lately, obligations and weather permitting of course, but that's the goal. Once in the kayak with most of the day set aside for it - and once on foot closer to home for an hour or two. These smaller trips are more limited and come with lower expectations - but they are often pretty interesting little adventures all the same.

Definitely a bowfin , some call them a Ling. Furious eaters and great fight on rod and reel.....from Big " D " 😎
