    I decided to do this practice after Work today. Just to give my body time to reset after standing at my desk for a f few hours. It felt really nice to move in different planes. Thank you Melissa 😊 👍

    Hi musnn can you have the camera closer to you that way.every one can all your moves better the camera is to far away from you
