- Hey, friends! We're taking a trip to the past with this video! For those of you applying for the Disney College Program in this video you get to watch my phone interview!
We talked about character attendant, children's activities, lifeguard, QSFB, tattoos and roommates!

I thought your interview was absolutely amazing! You stayed so calm and all your answers were very professional! I’m currently a highschool freshman and I’m hoping to do the DCP as well. When you explained that you wanted to work in PR or social media for the Walt Disney Company as a career I got very excited, that is exactly what I want to do as a full time career!

I heard that reading right from your notes is a very very bad idea. I guess you fooled them!!!
Andrea Toth I agree that it is bad UNLESS you are relatively good at public speaking and can add inflection so it doesn’t sound so scripted! Regardless, I do encourage having notes by you for reference!

Cameron Waller it depends where it is, but like Adrianna explains, you have to tell them where it is, how big it is, what it is... stuff like that

Natalie Ever After This was for Spring 2019! I check-in on Monday! Don’t be discouraged though because recruiters have tweeted things about why people are still in app received! One of the things they said is they can’t schedule too many interviews at once and because so many people are checking in for Spring right now they have a lot on their plates! Just hold on tight and keep watching their tweets for more info! Sending lots of prayers and pixie dust to you!

How did you prepare so well for your interview? Any tips? My phone interview is this Thursday at 12:45
I made a HUGE document of every question I could find on TH-cam videos and blog posts that they could potentially ask me and wrote out my responses! This way I had an answer for everything thrown my way! Congrats btw!! 💖
Alexa I did the same thing but I just reviewed my responses to have an idea of what I wanted to say. I think it went really well!

Yes, they said it would last 15-20 min but it lasted 29 min. I was so nervous. How did yours go?

Ceviche i have spring advantage too but for quick service food and beverage
Do they accept tattoos?
if you were to wear a tshirt and shorts it would have to not be visible. I have however seen a video of a youtuber with a wrist tatoo and she said she covered it with a bandaid. you can look up the rules online by searching “the disney look guidelines/rules”
I had a coworker who had an ankle tattoo but she could cover it with ankle socks
Why they don’t ask how much time did you spend a day doing 💩
