    Wonderful. Relaxing and energizing at the same time. I love the chimes in the backround. And especially that it ends with a couple minutes chimes only.

      inova11901 thank you for your words, it means a lot! There is also a new free yoga nidra meditation that has literally just been uploaded on this channel a few days ago. Hope you enjoy it! Elena

    Perfect - thank you. Handy length, plenty of time for Sankalpa both ends, not too slow, not too fast, lovely voice (neutral), and the just-there music backdrop. And chakra awareness - cherry on top.

    Thank you Elena for a wonderful Yoga nidra. I loved every second of it and fully entered a deep state of relaxed awareness which I wanted to stay in today! After gently coming out of the practice I felt calm and serene and had a clarity of thought which has escaped me recently. Thank you, thank you Wendy M

    This video is a good introductory experience with Yoga Nidra. The pace is good, maybe a little faster than I would prefer, but better than many videos out there. The journey through the chakras is good. The voice is peaceful and soothing. This is important as it leads one deeper and deeper towards the deep sleep state. Go there while remaining awake and experience the silence that so many never get to know. The only reason I won't use it regularly is because it directs me to start paying attention to sensory input and begin moving instead of letting me linger in the silence.

    • @sparklingyoga
      @sparklingyoga  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Steve Misosky thank you so much for your input Steve. You might enjoy the new yoga nidra practice for emotional release that has just been added to this channel - Rest Deeply. Blessings, Elena

    I have great appreciation and gratitude for your work! I have practiced with all Yoga Nidras you have posted on TH-cam many times each... except for this one, and I'm glad this was not my introduction to your work! This one I just don't go deep with... I wish that there was more attention to the breath, connecting into the breath and relaxing into the body at the beginning, before getting into the chakras so that there's a deeper state of relaxation and awareness for working with the chakras.and for me, the wind chimes and the synthesizer music that keeps repeating is just distracting; it doesn't add anything helpful nor bring depth to the words and the practice, except for in a few random moments. There's a moment in the middle where there is silence behind your voice, and for me, it is much more effective and easier to connect into the space that you're holding and the guidance you are offering.

    One of my favorite channels for yoga nidra. Please consider eliminating the ticking sound in the background. The chimes are lovely but behind them there was a regular beat, like a metronome - a clock?- that was distracting.

    Thank you so much Elena, really relaxing and such a soothing voice..... I wanted clarity of mind and this has helped me more than dozens of other videos I've tried. Many thanks. Will use it regularly. Just wondering if you use such guided relaxation for deep sleep too. That would be fantastic. Well, wishing you well. Nash .

    Namaste Elena, I loved this Yoga Nidra, thank you so much - you deliver it so sweetly and lovingly! I loved the pace too. It's lovely to experience different paces and sense the effect. I often prefer a calm steady rapid pace so that my brain just flows from one part to the next without having time to examine / over analyse the process of sensing awareness in the body. Please could you tell me the name of the soundtrack in the background? Thanks again! x

    I was loving it till the weird, buzzing, dischord that started around 7:30 minutes in. Had to stop listening to it because it was creepy and made my teeth want to grind. I was really disappointed, because I could feel the benefit up until that point.

    • @StormMtGal
