Ashford needs a 'Bluewater or Lakeside, as Ashford 'High Street' is all closed down apart from all the barbers, cafes and newsagents which fill the spaces. I think you can measure the affluence of an area purely by their high street retailers and brands. Major retailers have to protect their branding hence this being one of the red flags to look out for when purchasing a property in certain areas.
I find myself totally spoilt for choice when I am going clothes shopping. I can go to Bluewater, Maidstone, Westfield Stratford or Ashford. Plus if you leave early you can avoid the mad crowds.

And then had a meeting in Swanley at the leisure centre + as you prob know Swanley Town Council run St Mary’s Recreation Ground in Bexley 👍 Next week I have meetings/drop off documents in Gravesend, Canterbury, Orpington, + Ramsgate! Yea, no rush do other parts of Kent when you can. Whereabouts in Kent you from??
I love I'm strood and it's a dreadful place I mean I'm in the very lower class so shopping round rochester high street isn't bad there many shops but as I say some of it is cheap like Poundland thank u❤❤ also there are more houses being built in hoo and frinsbry there's also a new school being built so it's kinda allright Kent safe my ass but it's good for other races but warehouse jobs a very bad I've been looking for a job in Kent for 5 months
I don't really care about brand names I care about second hand stores and if there are chirstin church or if there's only Catholic religious available? Also dose the UK do immigration better the Vancouver... They don't mix enough different kinds of people and people don't often respect white people.
i moved to chatham from south london 8 years ago with my daughter its great! best decision i ever made plus we brought our first house !

I lived in Ashford, Kent as a young girl. Now live in the states. My family and I enjoyed Kent.

I find it safe. But it’s all relative depending on the street you live on. Research is key.
I moved to Rainham Gillingham from Grays Essex 2yrs . Very safe a lovely place. Job, traffic not so bad and great place to raise family
