I got this phone for free thru assurance. The phone sucks. The phone takes 3 1/2 hrs to chargre from 0-100%. Its discharges very fast(small battery). And the display gets harder to see when you move or tilt the phone.
It Does Happen Alot With These Different Types Of Assurance Wireless Devices... But At The End Of The Day, Free Phone Is A Free Phone!!!

That's A Great Question Jeff B... So When You Go Into Your Settings, There Should Be An AIRPLANE Icon That You Can Click On And Off And Your Services Should Be Working Once Again!!!
@ Wish you would show how in a video, it looks like I am not the only one with this issue when I tap settings it does not show the airplane mode, if I try to make a call it tells me the airplane mode is on, not much help.
Figured it out, from Settings tap the network and internet and that takes you to the airplane on and off switch.

a friend gave me that android phone cause she didnt need it and it has service for a year i think but i hate it because when i charge it overnight to 100 the next day in morning its dead to 0% idk why it always drains alot and i have been using it at all and i dont even have any apps or notifications running idk if its the battery itself behind the phone that is the issue but thats why i prefer iphones.

I don't understand why either. I've formatted my phone; deleted facebook; chrome and widgets, etc. I only have two games that I play and they're just puzzle games with no ads. The thing that surprisingly gave me more battery life was using the stock launcher. Eh. I also realize there are two version of this phone. The first one assurance gave me was defective. The second one with the same name is basically a different phone. The phone calls and camera are even better. But the fact that I have to charge this phone every night even if I only use it for an hour is just unacceptable.

@ not at all not at all and then, as you may know the battery on the phone is completely screwed in and according to the terms and condition of the move you mess with the battery you lose out on everything but bottom line is I lost out on everything already because it was never resolved, but it doesn’t mean that I haven’t been trying to figure out what’s wrong with it. You don’t go on the website or anything so if you can share anything with me, I would greatly appreciate that very much because like I said the phones only three days old it was on maybe use 1 1/2 days and that was it and it died of me I called I called and Company up phone with my location. I don’t listen you guys sent me another phone that doesn’t work OK so we got any ideas let me know and we’ll appreciate it. Sorry for the long message but I just want to be thorough because it’s brand new phone if there’s anyway to track a gadget. I would like to hear about it to hear about it

Same thing happened to me after 2 months. I bought this phone thru Assurance wireless. The phone "froze" for several hours and wouldn't charge. They won't refund after 7 days.

This is by far the biggest piece of crap to ever hit the market. I have one and have had it for almost a year. I also had to pay $10 extra for lifetime unlimited data. However, the phone misbehaves and goes to different apps than the ones I wanted. Also, with my data turned on and with a full signal I still have to wait for the phone to connect to the internet, and that's of course "IF" it connects. Once connected you may or may not be connected with what you've requested in the search bar. Virus you say? My virus protection app tells me I'm virus free and protected. All in all it's a junky phone not worth having. I don't recommend this phone, nor service with Assurance Wireless. Both are crap.
