They for sure send out a lot better phones now. It makes sense because the moto g pure sells for $59.99. It's a cheap phone for assurance and T-Mobile to send out. Everyone wins. They save money and everyone gets a good phone.

I was using the Stylo 6 for a few years and then it just got real slow on me but I'm using the Motorola g myself at the moment and haven't had any problems besides storage other than that phone runs pretty great
I seen that WIKO phone they give out... The screen gave me a headache after 2 minutes. Got lots of calls from Shanghai and Taiwan too... That phone got the devil in it chile, lasts for like 3 days and turns location on and off on its own...
I've had all those. Absolutely atrocious phones. Used to think I'd die of old age before I could get it to load. I got this one coming in a few days to replace the Wiko
I just ordered a replacement phone...I still had the cheap ugly small UMX phone with no storage capacity and continues to freeze up, I'd love this phone as I have the Moto 5g Stylus on metro and is nice even coming from a iPhone 12 anyway I'll be happy with anything better than this 2008 model phone lol

And they won't even let me buy a phone from them. What I can do is give them $45 and they will send me a random phone. I don't get to pick. I swear I am not making that up. Like I need a second shitty phone. So all it is good for is a home internet hotspot. Like I said, the service is really good but I am probably going to have to drop them. I need a phone that isn't complete garbage. And they refuse to be reasonable

I would like to get this too I have had hardship so I think I qualify... This phone is actually good, I had it last year , and it will take about 1 hour to fully upgrade to android 11 or whatever. It takes a while. But once you fix it it's fine

Got an email saying was approved for Assurance Wireless even though I already have a phone with them already. Is it supposed be a new phone and they were just emailing to let me know? I hope it's not just another Wiko since I already have that one.
Honestly assurance probably has better Internet speeds, Cintex it works to an extent, like Spotify works, TH-cam works but if you want to download apps it could take a while, the main thing I like about Cintex is you can choose between a selection of phones that they have in stock.

Just order the new phone with a new number and just put your SIM in it or order it and transfer your number, in sure you can use it if you already have a number with them.

Sending out piece of s*it phones is Business as usual for Assurance Wireless. They are bad about sending people WIKO phones...which is the worst phone on the market. If you Google "WIKO phone reviews" ...you will see that EVERY SINGLE review has 1 star , and every review of this brand is a horrible review. The other person not being able to hear you on the other end is a common occurrence. The cameras are of horrible qualify, apps take forever to open. Messenger takes 46 seconds to load on my WIKO phone.. you might as well go do something else while waiting for an app to open. I understand that it was free as a government lifeline.... But don't give us junk! Some people have actually bought this brand of phone... And they are pi$$ed off , and are demanding a refund. Personally I think that this brand needs to cease production of a piece of $hit phone that serves absolutely no purpose for the average consumer. Eventually someone will have an emergency and the 911 operator won't be able to hear them... That could cost someone their or another person's life... Then it will be time to SUE WIKO phones. Some slanted eyed idiot will be held accountable.
I'm not sure if I've said it on this video or another one, but I am well aware of these companies sending out Chinese knock off phones that really serve no purpose in what you do like calling texting and Internet, all of them are either slow or just crash and don't work because the crap phones they sent out couldn't even handle making a phone call, and it was like that for years. I had a QLink phone and was trying to get home using the GPS, in a trip that should have taken me 45 minutes took me 4 hours because the phone kept crashing. BUT I have been testing and ordering from these companies lately and I have received relatively good working phones, all working fine such as Motorola, Samsung, iPhone, LG. I'm not sure why you are talking about WIKO phones because they do not send them out any longer, if you received one recently then maybe they was out of stock of the good phones. if you watched my video I have received a Motorola G Play, and my brother just ordered one a couple weeks ago and got a better one than mine.

Just ordered mine lol. Was surprised by the specs of the Moto compared to my 3 year old Samsung A10e. Due for an upgrade and free service is a plus.

Due to a ethical error, I have crushed the AW phone with a ball bat and will send it back to them in tiny pieces.
My brother signed up for them and got a crap wiko phone. It's like they send out some decent phones and then switch back to pos phones
