I have that phone and i actually useing it right now . And i have no problems. But i would watch what replacement you get i just got a new one and i had just got the thing i did the system update and the thing shut down and wont come back on i had to put my service on my schok volt phone couse of the other one was messed up . I waiteing to see if it cuts back on so plz guys if u have the schok volt an u not have problem plz keep it as long as u can just a warning

@ Mental Connections You have to power on the phone, then power it off. Power it back on, make a phone call, then power it off upside down. Then, hold the volume up key for 15 seconds. Following doing so, you have to rotate(flip) the phone 3 to 5 times, then the battery will eject from the charging port. Furthermore, it is very important to be sure this is performed during Witching Hour (3-4 a.m.) while facing the northern most cardinal point on Wanning Crescent Moon phase or your attempts will be futile. @@One-Armed-Un-Boxer I used an equalizer to fix the low volume. But my main problem with this phone is the call quality, I can't use any apps to get around that.
I have one of these phones and it stopped working it light up but u can wait and wait it never open it worked fair when I got it cut it off now it want start up again I only had it for 3days
This phone I have nothing but problems with I even got it replaced because it got so hot and wouldn't charge at all they sent me the same one and it sucks bad as well I'm getting a new phone tomorrow from Amazon worst phone I ever owned

What kind of problems? I had the UMX phone but it died one day and wouldn't charge so I contacted Assurance wireless for a replacement under the 1yr warranty (Oct. 29, 2021) and my new phone finally arrived today but they sent me this schok volt sv55. Only problem I had is at times, the volume goes off, but if you push on/off button, Volume Returns..1 hella a alot better than UMX...& It's freeeee!!
